Ninong Ry, I tried the recipe just now, 1/2 Cup cornstarch, 1/2 cup cake flour and vodka. It amazing, it was crunchy and legit. I never thought vodka would fit just right in. Kudos to you. More power. I always watch your vlogs.
My own tempura batter...fry mix, egg, all purpose flour, cold water or ice cubes (tantiyahin na lng ang mixture depende sa dami Ng lulutuin)... ...clean the shrimp, remove the intestine,make small slices on the shrimp, add salt and pepper...rub the shrimp first in corn starch, dip i in prepared batter (the mixture above) and rub in bread crumbs and fry...enjoy your crispy tempura...try nyo baka magustuhan nyo😃sarap din Ng veg tempura nyo I'll try it 😃😋
