This was interesting to watch. I work on 82-70s, so it’s neat to see how similar yet how different the two machines are. These ones appear to allow the operator to have much more control over individual components. The 82-70s have individual breakers for each component, so to stop the machine in a specific position, you have to manual flip the breaker for that component to get it to stop.
Just a little info. Its not called revolving sweep. The button is called reverse sweep. If you hit the sweep button to sweep the deck and stop it halfway, you can hit the sweep reverse button and it will take the sweep back up in reverse. Great video though
I got hurt on a a2 I wanted too put the plug in a lock box but the owner was too cheap too buy them and the other guy cut it on a was able too jump out in time
Interesting video. Yet disappointing for my local mall bowling center have 16 AMF 82-90 XL’s that were bought refurbished in 2013 and after 8 Years of their business (plus 1 Year of no reopening), their machines aren’t in good shape, they never clean them and it’s strange there’s not a whole lot of repairs. My Bowling League needed a new Bowling Center soon after our original Bowling Center in another mall with 24 Brunswick GS-92’s were burned down and this AMF center is a rotten head. Our League is currently stuck in this bad situation...
Gotta keep the back clean! Parts shake off the machines all the time. If you clean often you know whenish they fell off and what machine they are a part of. Come down to ocean lanes! Our 12 run pretty well!
@@duereviews791 on Brunswick Model A's A2's and Jetbacks, yes they were more mechanical but on the other hand the GS-10, GS-92, GS-96, GS-98, GSX and GS-NXT were more electrical.

@@duereviews791 I wish, but our League lives in Davao City, Philippines and we’re just stuck with SM Bowling (the worst overpricing corporate center)
Donde es eso?

Great Video, a quick question for you? Which Bowling equipment do you recommend? GSX or AMF 82-90xl
And but that's just because it's the only system I've worked on. I've heard the Brunswick systems are way more mechanical
@@duereviews791 thank you very much for your reply.
