Move to Colorado! We don’t have the Ocean but we have everything else. For many years I missed the ocean but this year has taught me sooooo much about how fantastic and wonderful Colorado is. I appreciate so much living here...and I won’t leave until I actually move back to Europe.
My favorite place to go off the grid is Naknek Alaska!! In the summer it's filled with fishing, lots of sunlight, bears and adventure! It's a place we're WiFi is slow and cellphone service is in and out. Nothing like flying over the tundra though seeing the boats in the bay, bears on the tundra, and eating a fresh cinnamon roll from the Shire!
