1/2 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp dry orégano
1 tsp ground coriander
2 tsp dry cilantro
1 tsp chile powder
1 tsp granulated garlic
2 tsp granulated onion
1 tsp adobo w/pepper
3/4 tsp Redmond Real Salt
1 tsp ground turmeric
1/2 c yellow onion; diced
1 Tbs garlic; minced
1/4 c Red Bell Pepper
1/4 c Green Bell Pepper
1/2 c Roma Tomatoes; diced
1/2 c Crushed Tomatoes
2 Tbs Fresh Cilantro
2 Tbs Fresh Culantro
1/4 c Water

Hi Sheri. Many blessings my friend. Yes, I'm lucky to have children that appreciate my cooking. Christopher is my middle son, 19 and I found out recently that he's always bragging about my home cooking. 😆 🤣 😂 His friend asked me when he could come eat some of the food Christopher is eating because he's sick of hearing about it and he wanted to find out for himself. 😆 🤣 😂
