We have taken Irie tour in Curacao, and we were the only ones in the van. Lots of pink flamingos, and we loved our tour guide! He even stopped at a local grocery store when he heard my husband loves hot sauce. He spoke to the store clerk, and we left with awesome scotch bonnet hot sauce! We have been to all 3 ABC Islands, but Curacao is our favorite... the locals are very friendly and welcoming! Gorgeous water colors I could stare at all day!! How nice that you two got to stay for two days!! ❤

Great video, lovely to see the turtles and so many beautiful fish. Was the tour good value? I liked that drinks from the coolbox were included. When I saw the cheese plate, my immediate thought was "but there's no blue cheese". Dinner looked great, you certainly needed a good meal after a busy day and no lunch --- Thank you both for showing us some more of Curaçao, appreciate all you post and I'm looking forward to your next adventure.

For those times you get too much sun - have you tried something with lidocaine? I would think they have something made for that. They used to have a spray for after you got too much sun 20+ years ago. Now that you don't need a prescription for lidocaine, they probably added it to the after sun relief sprays! I bet it is fantastic. Lidocaine makes cleaning adult boo-boos so much easier. My spray bactine with lidocaine is a lifesaver!!! Edit: Solarcaine is what I used. And yes, they have it with lidocaine!
Dee, sorry you got a sunburn. Here is a simple remedy from my grandmother who was born in 1906. Appy a lot ot soap ( it should almost feel like a creamy substance on your skin) on you sunburns and let it dry without washing it off. Pain will stop. Let it stay for many hours( overnight or more).

We loved this tour! We did it in May last year but the bus was full so we got one of those 6 people taxis to drive us. Loved the turtles (if you aren’t wearing fins, wear your water shoes-the “beach” is very rocky) and loved all the fish at Porto Mari. We also ate lunch at Porto Mari and were concerned we were going to miss leaving with the rest of the tour, so if you plan to eat, save enough time. Good food, island time service.
Love all your videos! Sorry if you’ve addressed this before, but how do you keep your stuff from getting stolen when y’all are in the water? If there’s no lockers? We’re going on a cruise in about 3 weeks and this is my biggest concern. Thanks 😊
With Irie Tours, we were able to leave things on the bus, but in general we carry a rolltop waterproof backpack so that we can carry anything of value into the water with us, and sometimes we travel with a small safe that can be tethered to a chair, tree, anything solid, ha ha... it's all in our Amazon shop!! :D www.parodeejay.com/amazon

That was definitely a trunk fish! Those can be very curious and friendly like some of the puffers!

Yes that works along with applying shaving cream to the burn areas. Helps a lot.

Presidente' isn't "bad" I think it falls more in the "lite" category. It's a "local" beer so it does have the sweeter side.

I believe they have a lockable bag that they secure to a tree or large beach chair. May be listed on their Amazon site.
