HYLOS EXPERIMENT: CLOCK OF DESTINY - IS IT EASY OR DIFFICULT TO MAINTAIN THE STACKS IN A TEAMFIGHT?

    My favourite hero in Mobile Legends is Hylos. I have a relatively slow reaction and hence the fast finger type of heroes are not suitable for me. I like Hylos because it is simple to understand and it allows me to focus on the flow of the game instead of the hero's technical execution.
    My playstyle is to use it as a Roamer or the EXP lane as a second choice. I generally like to help out the jungler in the early game to get his buffs before sticking to our mid-lane mage to rotate and help out in the gold lane. My opinion is that the EXP lane heroes are difficult to heal as most of them are fighters and has some kind of self-sustainability, hence i rarely roam to the EXP lane.
    My highest rank achieved is Mythical Immortal at 138 stars and Global Rank 4 as a Hylos. I play solo queue most of the time and occasionally duo or trio with online friends on my friend list. My solo queue win rate is around 58-60%.
    My choice of emblem is the Common Emblem because it gives hybrid regeneration. Mana regeneration is important to me as Hylos because it is not optimal to cast skills using HP as a Hylos because you will not be able to tank a lot of damage in the late game.
    My talents used:
    Agility - 4% movement speed
    Wilderness Blessing - 10% bonus movement speed in Jungle or River
    Concussive Blast - AOE magic damage on next basic attack.
    These talents allow me to always have mana regeneration and superior movement speed when roaming and I will be able to kite and juke the enemy heroes to waste their skills on me and be able to weave in and out of battles.
    The Item Builds:
    Warrior Boots (when there is a fast hitting marksman) / Tough Boots (When there are a lot of crowd control heroes) / Rapid Boots (When there are heroes without CC but has slow effects)
    Dominance Ice - to reduce healing or sustain
    Thunderbelt - slow on basic attack and grow hybrid defense indefinitely.
    Blade Armor - against most fast hitting marksman
    Guardian Helmet - fast hp regeneration outside of battle
    Antique Cuirass - against heroes that uses skills as main source of damage
    Radiant Armor - against mages with multiple instances of magic damage
    Twilight Armor - against burst sources of damage such as Aldous, Lesley, Dyrroth.
    Cursed Helmet - against squishy enemy line-up

    for me as a hylos exp laner or usually roam, i always first build the elegant gem which is a recipe item of COD, then i go for the thunderbelt, warrior or tough boots, then i will complete the COD then dominance, then the other two items depends on the enemy's comp. thats my own opinion for me. 😅 im from ph btw. new sub here 👋

    i am a hylos user as a roamer first i make thunder belt for building of the stack primary item for me then see the enmy composition and build item and lastly clock tower if any enemy are squisy

      also vengeance is good against mm
      healing is good against cc tank like tigreal when you come in tigreal

      Agree, if the enemies are squishy, the little bit of magic power can punish those squishies who don't make any defensive item.

    Is it worth it to build clock? I feel like it will delay other useful tank items like radiant armour or Dominance Ice etc. And is vegenace better or the healing better for battle spell

      I have the same considerations as you regarding Clock of Destiny. I feel it is a situational item, and I will only make it when I want to build a big health pool against true damage dealers such as Lesley and Karina.
      As for revitalize vs vengeance as a battlespell:
      Revitalise: Summons a Healing Spring that restores 2.5% Max HP every 0.5 second for 5 seconds (maximum of 25% Max HP). Increases the Shield and HP Regen by 25% for allies within the area of effect (this effect is cannot be stacked up).
      Vengeance: In the next 3 seconds, each time the hero takes damage deals 40% of the damage taken as Magic Damage to the enemy.
      Gains 35% Damage Reduction during the period.
      I will answer this from my perspective based on 2 aspects: Effects and Survivability
      Effects: To provide numerical example, let's say a typical tank has 10,000 health and a typical squishy hero like marksman or mage has 3,000 health. Revitalise heals up to 25% of health, so it is 2,500health for the tank and 750 for the squishies. Consider the practicality, healing a squishy for 750 is nothing, and the area of effect is so small, if Hylos had to use revitalise to heal a teammate, it means you are standing closely together and are likely taking the damage together. If you had watched my video, my playstyle always penetrates the enemy formation on my own. On the other hand, Vengeance reduces damage taken by 35% for 3 secs. This means, in order to reduce from 10,000 to 0, i must have reduced damage by 3,500 (which is higher than 2,500 healed, right?). More importantly, it reflects 40% of the damage (4,000 damage back to attacker). Based on this computation, I choose Vengeance.
      Survivability: For this consideration, we always think about how to survive as a tank using our battlespell. For Revitalise, there is no stopping the enemy from attacking you. It just means that to the marksman, you have 12,500 health. For Vengeance, like you said, they can shoot not to attack me, but it would means that I am "unkillable" for 3 secs during vengeance because they are not attacking me. For 3 secs that they are not hitting me, it is not a waste, I am running them down with my damage skills. (Note: heroes like Claude and Irithel's Ult cannot stop attacking and they will be subjected to the full damage from Vengeance). So based on the survivability aspect, i would say Vengeance is my clutch spell to really survive.

      Don't get me wrong, it is a recommended item but with caveats.
      My opinion is that it is a situational item. It takes 2.4 secs to achieve 6 stacks (Compare that to 6 pulses of your skill 2 on enemies).
      I just think to optimise - it is a question of which line-up is good to make this item and what sequence to make it. Without optimisation, I think it is also fair to say, all right, just make it my very first item and forget about it.
      My consideration would be if I want to have a big healthpool vs true damage heroes such as Lesley, Karina etc. For the sequence, I would definitely make elegant gem first and perhaps after Thunder Belt and/or Dominance Ice depending on the Anti-heal needs vs the enemy line-up.
      If the enemy has lots of dash skills, CC, or slows. Hylos will have some difficulties glueing to the enemy, therefore may not be easy to maintain the stacks.
