Beautiful message. I've been in survival mode my entire adult life so basic hygiene is self care to me, as well as doing basic cleaning tasks in my home.

Jess I will never forget how much you helped me when I was really struggling with my hormones! Making sure I’m eating enough made the biggest difference in my LIFE. Anxiety and irritation- completely gone!! Of course Im not perfect- I still fall off from time to time, get busy, and pay the consequences when I forget to eat lol but you helped me so much and I loveeee the direction you’ve taken your UA-cam channel! Much love girl

Everything you said is true! If you don't nourish your body how can you have energy to keep going! Enjoy life, eat cake. It goes by so quickly! I am my happiest when I spend my day outside! At least open all your blinds and let the sun in. The studies I been reading lately say we need an hour of sunlight everyday to get enough of vitamin D. Thank you for all you content!

Thank you for this Jess! ❤
This year I've discovered the joy and true meaning of yoga rather than viewing it as purely physical excercise and it has truly been liberating ❤ so I can definitely relate with the intentional movement point of yours.

I’ve realized here lately that I’ve really treated my body like complete garbage. Needed this reminder to take care of myself.

Thanks so much, Jess, for the relatable❤ content. My husband & I are in the process of selling our beautiful home & moving cross country, so it is really important for me to get more rest & take time to relax! Yes to being outside! ❤

I definitely come running when you post!! I love the wisdom and vulnerability in all your videos. I also love to read my Bible, declutter, go on walks and avoiding screens. Can we be best friends now? 😂❤

Would love a video more in depth about how you healed your hyperthalamic ammenorea... currently struggling with this (4 years without a period) due to previous overexercise and weight loss... back at a healthy weight now but still no period :(

I'm planning on a video coming in January about it! It'll be a little long but I'll be sharing my health journey and the the things that made the biggest differences in my healing journey
