No hate, but I don’t understand why the NED coach stuck with Jasper in this match…there were way too many NED errors compared to China. I am excited to see the next match because Canada’s ranking is now higher but anything can happen. I am so happy for Zhu Ting to play for NT team (even if she only appeared for the very last point) ❤

土耳其就是因为引进了古巴的顶级攻手后才一跃成为世界顶级球队！日本队不管有多快防守多好，但没有顶级主攻，依然成不了顶流！球起来了，但进攻不下球，最后还是输！朱婷虽然没有以前猛，但还是强过李盈盈！所以一定要想办法让朱婷尽快容入主力阵容！没有朱婷，即使去了奥运会，也是垫底的存在！

China is still lacking a deadly and a scoring machine opposite. Gong has good fundamentals on defense and is probably the best defender for an opposite hitter but her attacks has not really evolved that much.
I say put Zhang CN as OPP. She's played that position since back in Rio 2016. Much more terminal offensively and a better blocker than Gong XY.
Gong's attack is worse now that it was pre 2020. She doesn't jump as high as she used to and her spikes have no power. I would say Zhu Ting would be a better opposite than Zhang. I've seen Zhu score in position 1 and 2 and she is really good at it. Marina Markova is an outside like Zhu, but her club made her play as opposite and she scores even more points. Besides, China has enough outsides like LYY, Zhang, Wu, Zhuang, etc.
@@jy3754 Zhu T is such a legend as the star outside hitter in the NT. I think the Chinese NT has always prioritized the left as the main attacking position and the right functions as a passing opposite. But if Zhu T was open to playing opposite, I would support that.
Selfishly, I'd like to see Zhu T, Li YY and Zhang CN as starters in this VNL and Olympics.
The youngsters can be developed for the following Olympic cycles.

中国女排（即使没有巨星）通过世界女排联赛进军巴黎奥运并不是什么难事，但也不能掉以轻心。一旦队内有人不能适应团队，出工不出力，或者不服从指挥调遣，甚至破坏队内团结趁机作乱，必须当机立断，谁都不能例外。东奥惨败，殷鉴不远，不可大意！

呵呵，毫无疑问你对蔡导充满了偏见，所以一切事情都会被你解读成另一个意思，事实可能正好与你所认为的相反。朱婷已经离开这支队伍2年多的时间了，虽然朱的适应能力很强，但毕竟和球队合练的时间还是太短了，而且现在这支球队无论是主力球员还是球队体系都和以前发生了很多的改变，而且朱本身打完意甲联赛还不久，体能也需要恢复，也还需要更多的时间来融入这支新的球队，才能真正起到1+1>2的效果，否则就可能适得其反，所以任何一位专业教练一定会根据朱目前的状态，以及她和球队的默契度，来选择合适的出场时机，出场时间大概率也会是从替补开始逐渐增加上场时间，而显然第一场和荷兰的比赛并不是合适的机会，澳门站对意大利的那场才是重点。但考虑到球迷对朱的期待，所以最后还是让朱发了一个球，这是教练情商的一种体现，这本身恰恰也是对朱的一种保护。如果在还没有准备好的情况下就急着让朱上场，一旦表现不好，就等着被某些喷子各种喷吧，这对球员是一件好事吗？当一个人总是带着偏见去看待这个世界的时候，你就失去了客观和理性了，你就很难看到这个世界真实的面貌了。真正懂得如何爱护球员的是教练，而不是某些所谓的球迷和粉丝。蔡导两年多时间以来带给这些新球队的进步是肉眼可见的，而且每一年都明显提高，在球队面临新老交替的低谷期，球队阵容实力和经验都明显下降的情况下，通过强调整体高快的体系，明显的弥补了现阶段球队进攻点不足的短板，现在的这支球队依然是一支有竞争力的强队，这就是蔡导带给球队的进步，真正懂球的人都能看得见，相反以前的球队最大问题恰恰是过度依赖某一位核心球员，无论是在球队体系和心理层面都过度依赖，导致核心球员一旦状态不好，球队就容易出现大的起伏，东奥最佳成绩就是一个例子。毫无疑问朱很优秀，当只有当朱能够真正融入这支球队的时候，整个球队才会因为朱而变得更强大！相信朱的适应能力，她只是还需要一点时间而已，相信在后面的比赛中朱会有更多的上场时间，到了奥运她毫无疑问会是首发球员，拭目以待！

@@smiletao2682 我没有看出这支国家队在蔡斌的带领下这两年有什么进步。从去年奥运资格赛上连续输给加拿大，多米尼加、荷兰这些并不算顶尖球队就可以看出球队没有核心球员的可怕之处，以及教练临场指挥水平之差！这三年除了“挖掘”出了一个王芸璐，蔡斌到底培养出了什么好苗子？吴梦杰出来的是不是太晚一点了？王芸璐真的是一个奇葩，先不说她跳不跳的高，就她那个扣球姿势就是“独一无二”的存在，总是球不到她人就先跑过去，冒在球底下仰着脖子扣球，谁是她的启蒙教练啊！还有她还不会后攻，这不应该是主攻球员的基本要求吗？说回到朱婷，我同意你说的东京失利是因为其他球员在心理层面过度依赖朱婷，但这是难免的。无论你赛前如何心理上准备困难，但当困难出现的时候，谁能调整的那么快？东京小组赛朱婷打不好的时候，大家都跟着发挥不佳，但当大家发现朱婷真的不能上场了，才彻底放开了，赢了球，只是为时已晚。现在的中国女排何尝不是过度依赖李盈莹，塞尔维亚还过度依赖博斯呢，核心球员就是要多扣球，没毛病。但是冠军球队里的其他球员也都不差，老女排里除了郎平，她的队友都是世界一级的球员。

荷兰自失达到30分，她们简直不是卧底就是想入党，如果荷兰队少失误点，很可能三局就赢了。反观中国队状态太差，李盈莹本场发挥中下，却也无法替换，龚翔宇也是无人可替，王云路首局丢六分也不换朱婷，丁霞大姐上来状态吓死人，传也传不好，防也防不起，不知道还占着茅坑干什么，这支国家队真是迷之操作，一言难尽。

Ding X. is not in her form anymore, she's so slow now. I do want to see Zhu and Zhang play together. But, Zhu maybe hasn't adapted with the team yet or she doesn't get along well with someone on the team or maybe she was just not on her best day, idk she was looking gloomy and standing alone whenever the camera showed her.
