If he tells you he's walked the property, safe to say he has. QUESTION, Phil: at a number of places where you paused you were either in or bordering stands of young, skinny/thin yet tallish and thickly populated wood...is this the regrowth after the last harvest...is this what an initial regrowth looks like and finally, IF you had to guess, how long ago might that harvest have occurred? (I'm trying to better understand what you are showing us on your lot walks. Thank you!)
The tall small diameter hardwoods that you see me walking through are the new growth that has occurred under the canopy of the larger trees that were not harvested during the last timber harvest. That harvest was done about 25 to 30 years ago. I hope that helps.
Looks beautiful plot of land.Plenty of firewood to cut. Is there enough Pine to cut for a Small Off Grid Cabin you suppose ? OMGoodness, those Streams full of Trout are to die for , Absolutely Beautiful !
Just a question, sir, do you ever get land that isn't deeded? Either way. I don't want to cross anyone's property to get to my property. And I don't want anyone on my property to get to their property. If you have any land like that available please make it known
It depends on the amount of acreage and the assessors valuation of the site. Here is more info ua-cam.com/video/S5bOg1sziPA/v-deo.htmlsi=d9Dj1mFW0yHmntbd
Nice work, Phil. Question for you please. In your opinion what county or county's would be the best for my future retirement deer camp? 3 yrs to go and getting ready to start the process. Thank you.

Nice wood. Seems like a great spot. I wonder if the guy with the right away would sell it too.
I’m not sure. We have sent a letter.
It’s right of way, not right away

We do have property that fronts public roads if that is what you are asking.
Thanks Phil, great video for a great property. Question: what type of penalty (amount) would be levied to build a cabin elsewhere on the property?
It depends on the amount of acreage and the assessors valuation of the site. Here is more info ua-cam.com/video/S5bOg1sziPA/v-deo.htmlsi=d9Dj1mFW0yHmntbd
@@lifestyleproperties Thank you for the reply.
Very nice 👍
Thank you 👍
How much to get it out of tree growth do u think? Is there a co-op kinda thing for maintenance of the road? It there is how much is it? Ty
You would need to check with the towns assessor for the penalty to remove it. There is no road association formed at this time.
Nice work, Phil.

AROOSTIC! OR PISCATIUS.
Is the owner willing to owner financing
No.
Is property in tree growth? Thanks Phil!
Yes it is. One acre building site is out of the program.
Could you live in there yr around
It is off grid. No restrictions if you want to live there. You may have to plow the road yourself
@@philmcphail2228 we plan to live off grid no matter where we end up so thats not a problem. Wife and I went to it yesterday and we liked the area
