how about we just legalize drugs? maybe Burton would rather spend her time chasing real criminals who are out to hurt others instead of people who are really only harming themselves, it doesn't take a hole in the head to figure that out
From my experience it it practice to plead not guilty to be afforded some legal advantages. With the serious charges coming down I also think they are automatically given a trial.
