Glad it was helpful! Dark days come and go, fortunately. If one comes just do the shadow work that we are presented with, and let the next day be a sunny day, or even make a dark day turn sunny with a silly cat video, works great for me!

Just now I was observing to the Hub that the news titles are Clearly designed to capture one’s attention with their sheer awfulness. To provoke a fear/anger/horror reaction so that one can’t help but click on the links to learn more. And yet Knowing more doesn’t do anything but feed the fear and anger. He’s a pretty strong believer that a dark Gnostic loosh sort of thing is afoot, feeding off humanity’s suffering. That makes me determined to Spite them by doing my damnedest to be Happy! 🥰🌸😍

Many of the Masters have espoused similar thoughts, convergent philosophy points at truth? Virtue is easy when you are fed and warm. How hard it is to flower when you are shunned in a dark hole, alone?...or, when your only company spews constant toxin? Many of us have known these dark places...oh, how easy it is to forget! I am hoping to one day be a light in the darkness, if nothing more than to illuminate my own...peace.
Hey, I've been there, starving, destitute, and in dangerous places with no help from anyone, with really toxic people. Yup, been there. It's not easy, definitely not, and that's why you have to change what you are experiencing. Since I was homeless and penniless, I decided it was better to put on a backpack and go into the wilderness, and that's where I was for 6 years. Much better than the dark hole I was in. If you're in a dark hole, you have to get yourself out of there, and figure out how to be poor but not in a dark hole. I figured that out by just being in the wilderness. And I had to put myself together with no help from anyone. Not a soul could or would help me since I had no money. That was in the 80s, long before there was the internet which makes it easy to find work exchange situations where you trade work for food and shelter. If I had it to do again, that's how I would do it. Go online and look for a work exchange situation and get yourself out of the hole! You don't have to stay there. It is possible to be poor and need healing but be in a beautiful place as long as you're willing to do the work exchange. Then it's easier to be in a positive space. If you're in in pain, get out of there! You can. And if you can't because you're in prison, then you still have to find a way to be positive. At least there's food and a bed there. If you can change your situation, change it. If not, find a way. I know, it's easier said than done. My heart is with you. I know how hard it is. If I could make it though, anyone can.
