Andrey, your fans support and love you no less when you didn't play great! We want you to be happy and proud about what you've achieved - come back stronger in grass!
Shameless people.
all the best for you Andrey
I will never understand what is so appealing about him. He has one of the all-time worst behaviour on the court. And don't come to me with the "he's such an adorable sweet guy off the court". If he is so adorable, he could try to bring a tiny fraction of that to the court too.
Stu is the truth
Well said
He's not an arrogant douchebag whose anger outbursts would turn everyone against him...he is a good guy that everyone feels for... it's painful to see how he's destroying himself mentally, and hurting himself physically...I just hope he gets the help he needs to shine
tennis is a tough sport
we must support all the players
it really help them
Is he looking for help?
@@Patrick.V. I hope he is...
He’s a psycho stop to defend his childish behavior
@@Patrick.V. Yes, he's very self-aware & actively been working on it for a while, but it takes time.. long-term issues can't magically be fixed overnight (& possibly can't be completely fixed) - some days are better than others & he has shown improvements, but unfortunately for him, his bad moments end up going viral for the world to criticise & ridicule.
I think a lot of the problem is the way he was coached and brought up. His parents probably drummed into him that he had to be perfect and ridiculed him when he wasn't. He has deep seated self esteem issues and also he seems to listen to quite a lot of dark, negative music. I really like Andrey and find it hard to understand why no one has got him the psychological help he needs. He seems to view things as black and white. There are other players like Alcarez and Nadal who are surrounded by supportive people and they know they are loved whether they win or lose. Andrey see's failure on the court as an attack on him as a person. It's so sad but I'm confident he will overcome.
There are also players who put on shows on court to try and distract their opponents. Djokovic, for instance. That's what Rublev was trying to do here. Change the momentum of the match by putting on a show that could distract Arnaldi who is fairly new to this kind of matches. It didn't work and it's not nice to see, but players do it all the time.
his mother was beating him
Bro his mother was not beating him @gallusanominus9357, why did you just make that up? He's stated multiple times that his mother means the world to him and he's here today because of her. Even to say he has deep-rooted self esteem issues because of his parents is far-fetched unless he actually said that before.
I have been told by a Russian junior that Russian coaches and teachers humiliate their charges , including the way they look. Andrey himself touched on the parents' harsh ways in his interview he did with Kasatkina last year.
These are your assumptions or one side of the story. You don't know the reality. His parents would have tried to rectify his behavior. They'd be absolutely right in that case. But he does not wish to rectify it. So, one can never know. Until then, it's best not to make judgments. But I can judge him for what he does at the present moment. He said he would become better/change his attitude after the Dubai incident (btw he's been saying this for years, even much before the Dubai incident). But did he change? NO.
He never apologized to the line judge, but instead pushed his self-righteous image, even after replays showed the ball was IN (the line judge's call was right). He told the supervisor that he did not say one word in Russian during the incident, but later cheekily admitted in an interview that he did call him a 'moron'. He has a weak/fake persona. I don't see anything real about him (I'm perplexed what his fans see in him). That's the tragedy. I see why his parents were annoyed with his character. But again, I cannot comment on it as facts without knowing the whole truth.
We love you Rublito💖 You are just human not a Tennis machine. This too shall pass🙌
Mental disease needs medication. Won't go away on its own. He is sick in a head.
Another great tennis player that I can’t believe hasn’t addressed his mental struggle in therapy. The issue is not that he has emotions but rather that he can’t self-regulate his emotions.
First of all how do you know he hasn’t? Bc he did and he spoke about his depression and therapy openly. So maybe Google things before you make such statements. Second of all therapy is a work in progress it’s gonna take a while. But yeah give your expert advice on UA-cam.
If you follow his interviews you'd know that he has a therapist. It's not that you click a switch and every emotion in your head turns down immediately. Mental issues are more difficult to solve than you think they are
@@BHdownthelineyes exactly, so many people comment similar things, but they don’t seem to understand you can’t just flick a switch and suddenly be like idk Sinner mentally
Oh please!! Stop with your mental issue agenda. He is a human. Are you expecting him to have no emotion in an intense game? He needs to learn to control them but that’s about it. Since human were created, they had emotions. Now they drug you if you do because you have a “mental health issue”.
He’s such a kind person but his demons keep hunting him 💔 he doesn’t deserve this
It's self inflicted. Guys a lil baby. Wah, wah!
Why does everyone keep excusing his behaviour?
@@robovac3557 of course it’s self inflicted. This is what “inner demon” means. Laughing at someone’s struggling with his mental health is shameful
@@arianna1991 Quit pulling the mental health card. He's a bad mannered pup who didn't get slapped enough as a child.
Angry outbursts come from insecurity and a lack of understanding. You can’t out work these behaviors but you can out learn them. Learn how to adjust your own swings and plan for things to go wrong. Have a specialist truly teach you about your emotional reactions and find the why.
He never learns. He doesn’t care
@@krob2327"He doesn't care"?? What a ridiculous thing to say.. if anything, he cares too much.
@@eis8041 nope I meant he doesn’t care about his outbursts. He’ll keep doing them. I agree he cares too much about tennis and needs another outlet. He’s a perfectionist without a perfect game
@@krob2327 if u followed his career even a little bit, u'd know he absolutely does care about wanting to stop the outbursts - he's been open about it multiple times & knows he has emotional demons when he's on the court.. He's been working hard for the last few years to control that & there have been improvements on his emotional control (as well as his game).. but the media doesn't give a damn about the good moments, they don't go viral. These issues can't be fixed overnight & maybe can't entirely be dealt with anyway. The problem for him is that when he backslides with the progress, his bad moments go viral & he not only has to deal with his own self-criticism but also the constant humiliation & hate from the whole world, coz people just love being entertained by someone else's suffering.

honestly crying watching this, its heart wrenching to see how he beats himself down. such a lovely person, but such a difficult time controlling his big emotions. he'll always be my fave tho!
Terapia de control de rabia mi RUBLEV adorado 😊
Breaks my heart
Maybe you should watch matches of Rogers and learn something because he had similar experiences at the start of his career but after he learned how to manage his emotions on the court and like we all know it's helped him a lot. You're a very good person inside and out please stay positive and just forget this bad match forever and move on 🙌 best of luck in the Wimbledon 🙏🕊️🙏

❤ still love and think you're great, don't know how but you have to be kinder to yourself. You're still my favourite, love you loads❤❤❤❤❤
Maybe his folks should take his raquet off him ! It worked for Borg!, thats how he became the iceman! never too old to learn and develop mentally!
Sometimes the smallest change can make the difference!
Come on man. He just won Madrid. Andrea was on fire today. Not too bad-da afterall
He was high strung from the start of the match. Needs to chill out and find a state of peace before matches.
Wish you all the best keep safe we love you ❤️❤️
Best wishes ❤
I'm a fan of him. But he needs help especially anger management. He can't be like this all the time. His anger behaviour makes negative environment on court. He definitely needs psycholog. Come on rublev! If you can't solved your anger behaviour, don't go to the tournament, any tournament!
Love his honesty…..👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
01:27 he cannot explain his swinging results before and after Madrid)))
from current TOP15 he is first one who's knocked off, actually we know how mentally weak he is so that's not really a sensation.
he's not very smart, neither his team is
Anger is a painful and emotional punishment that you inflict on yourself ,over someone else’s stupidity .The vast majority of the time, it’s simply not worth it.

I am autist and I am convinced he's autist, too. If it is true, he needs much support ! I suffer with him because he's got to apologize, to explain why...Maybe, I'm wrong. Anyway, he's a great player.
God bless you all.
Please you are so much talented and liked please control your emotions pray over it. Do not ruin your career every game there is a win and loose ask the almighty God to accept good and bad.
that was not his worst behavior at RG - do you remember Andrey how you smashed the ball that then ricocheted right to the face of staffboy who came to even the clay but his cap saved him
Stop repeating lies that were spread by haters on Twitter who shared one video from one angle that didn't show the reality of the situation.. Firstly, it wasn't a "staffboy" it was an adult court sweeper; secondly, the ball didn't go near him, but he was taken by surprise & flinched, knocking the hat off his own head. Many ppl who were there shared live videos that showed what really happened, but of course, ppl ignored the reality that doesn't fit their narrative & years later, ppl like you are still spreading lies.. Obviously, it wasn't a great move anyway on Rublev's part, but it definitely wasn't this bs story that's still making the rounds.
❤
I think this guy is under a deep emotional crisis that could either for abuse of drugs or mental illness like bipolarity or could be for a family matter like the death of someone beloved for him ..however he needs profesional help to control, that anger mostly if havent had that behavior before
He’s always losing his mind on court. He never tries to improve himself. Strange person. Spoilt child
Arnaldi played lights out tennis, he was too good and there was not much Rublev could’ve done.
Exactly, he was probably thinking that Arnaldi's level should drop at one point and tried to accelerate that by putting on a show to distract him, but it didn't happen.
It's beyond boring now the way he misbehaves. He's doing it just to get a reaction from the crowd now. He needs to grow up.
He doesn’t given a F about the crowd, he never shows off or does something for the sake of attention or for someone to ever cheer him on
@@marchvertochko0056 Like bouncing his racquet continually on the court today everytime the crowd cheered when he did it. 😏
@@Pure_B when they started doing so, he almost immediately stopped it. Have you ever watched his matches before or is it your first time?
@@marchvertochko0056 He kept doing it every time they cheered. I've watched most of his stuff matches and I think he's justified playing up to the crowd now to get a reaction.
@@Pure_B he literally stopped when they started doing it, and no one accidents happen for the sake of the audience applause or entertainment. He’s been suffering with the self-harm and everything. You are literally lacking empathy and can’t sense the emotions of others
Don’t be too tough about yourself. We know you can win as many as you want, but it’s meaningless if you are not smiling or not enjoying on court.
Im sure he will read it
Well it happens when the other player plays outstanding. He must control his emotions during match.. Good to learn for future
what the hell, his answer are "i dont know" "nothing" "i dont know"... if you dont know why you lose, why you struggle, whats the problem then GET SOMEONE WHO KNOWS what is going on, who knows how to explain it to you and who knows how to help you. whats the problem? i dont understand

@@KK-uj2hc I hate racism ..Stop " smart guy"
@@KK-uj2hc Since you asked, here are some examples of players who have, in the last few weeks, smashed racquets, kicked items in the court, screamed at officials etc: Stefanos Tsitsipas, Alexander Zverev, Taylor Fritz (smashed a racquet on his knee), Jack Draper, Dennis Shapovalov, Novak Djokovic, Jakob Mensik, Frances Tiafoe, Terence Atmane (hit a spectator with a ball he angrily hit into the crowd), Arthur Fils, Thanasis Kokkinakis, Daniel Evans, Corentin Moutet, Arthur Rinderknech, Hubert Hurkacz, Alexander Bublik, Holger Rune etc etc etc.. There are many more & I'm sorry I don't have the time to go into details of everything each of them did.. but please notice that not all of them are Russian players. Have a great day.
Then go and find a way to control your emotions… Saying sorry after every tournament doesn’t cut it!
I like Rublev outside off court
I hope he finds time to heal psychologically he really needs it. Why his team is not helping him to get rid of that?
I am sure they are. It's just sometimes that doesn't change over night. It will take time and more of these matches in which his nerve will be put to the test
His team is probably telling him to try and put on a show to change the momentum of a match... Come on, have you been following tennis or what? Players do it all the time. Arnaldi is unexperienced at this level, Rublev thought his level would drop, that didn't happen for a couple of sets and he just played the outburst card to try and distract him.
because his team is a bunch of incompetent imbeciles. since he started working with psychologist (not yesterday, it was 1,5 years ago) everything got worse :) and he wont change them because he is controlled and manipulated and brainwashed by his manager and coach who he treats as FATHERS. he HUGS them all the time, maybe he does something more like bjs or something... he needs psychiatrist
@@milvao3400 u mad? 😂
I can't imagine a more stressful period of time for a player of Russian origin than what we have had for the past few years. Does it have an impact? The crowds, the psychology of it all, outside of the court also. And especially considering his emotional style. Still he is reflecting on his personal mistakes, and not putting blame on others. That shows integrity. I hope he can work through this.
You must also feel stressed cos of Russia, it can't help, but it's not your fault. You just feel everything, it shows. You're wonderful, truly❤😅😊. All the best Lovely
Brutally honest guy - you get the feeling that he has no filter - but the phrase 'it was too late to do something' really jumped out at me. He was referring to the third set - the whole third set. That way of thinking - regardless of how well his opponent is playing - doesn't sound healthy imho...
It seems he has split personality on court and off court!!!! He needs help in mental health department!!!!😧
I don"t think Rublev puts it on. I think he has a real personality issue. It may well be the way he was brought up. My question would be does he love playing?
Djokovich i do think he puts on an act e.g. shows he is tired and affected by the heat. In my opinion there is nothing wrong with him.
I wish I could give him a big, warm hug. 🤗💙💗

I don’t know how things happened in your life, but in my world, when something goes bad, people help each other.
@@enzop2835 shame on u too
He needs a sports psychologist
He needs a psychiatrist and some anger management and better parents. This self flogging comes from home. From impossible standards someone set for him as a child and he is the prisoner of those beliefs
I'm sure the therapy's helping, but he does need a sports psychologist to address specific issues. Even the journalists are trying to suggest ideas to help Andrey, lol. He's a likeable person & a great tennis player but he needs to get a handle on this because it's going to derail his career. And people will be far less compassionate toward him when he starts repeatedly directing his anger at others ie officials etc.
It's just a way to distract his opponent and change the momentum of the match. Players do it all the time, especially when they face unexperienced players (at this level) they know it may work. Arnaldi was playing too well and Rublev knew that, he knew that his level could drop, and tried to accelerate that. It didn't work this time but nice try.
how are you sure? you see such outburst and u think its helping? u r stupid. and HE HAS A SPORTS PSYCHOLOGIST BETO MARTIN SECOND COACH IN HIS TEAM. his psychologist is ALWAYS depressed and cant do sh**, actually he made rublev worse.
I do wonder if he has borderline personality disorder. Some of his behaviour fits the description. So many Russian athletes are conditioned and pressured from an early age to achieve perfection. He didnt have people around him to encourage a balanced approach, just constant emphasis on success and berating him when he failed. His parents have a lot to answer for I think. He is a sweet natured guy who probably would've been happier being a regular person with a normal job. All this can't be good for him. I found it hard to watch the game and I'm a big fan of his. He looks so tormented sometimes on the court....it's completely too intense. It's just tennis. I wish he had people around him like Alcaraz's team. They encourage him to have joy while he plays. I wish Andrey had people like this around him.
Everything you're saying is just wrong. He's fine, his parents raised him well and there's nothing to worry about. Otubursts like these are just tactics that tennis players use to try and change the momentum of a match, especially when they're playing against an unexperienced opponent (at this level) when he's playing stellar tennis like Arnaldi was doing today. There's nothing to be frustrated about yourself and your game when your opponent is playing flawless tennis. The only thing you can do is wait for his level to drop, that's what Rublev was waiting for and tried to accelerate that by faking a sort of outburst to get the crowd involved and distract Arnaldi... that didn't happen today but many players do that including Djokoivc so I guess it works sometimes even thought it's not nice to see.

But he still had the decency to show up in the post match press conference. He could have chosen to skip it and pay a fine which is based on his ranking instead.
As his fan, I hope he can have professional help and come back stronger.

each other comment. Coward, instead of saying he does not like Rublev and shut up!
@@terencewong4687 not this time, but sometimes it could work and that's why not only him but so many players do this kind of stuff. Think about it: first of all, he wasn't losing because he was playing bad, it was Arnaldi who was playing well, so nothing to be mad at himself about. The key for him to win this match was Arnaldi's level to drop and/or Arnaldi getting nervous kowing he's about to win a big match. And that often happens with lower ranked players, otherwise they wouldn't be still low ranked players, so Rublev was just trying to do something "extra tennis" to change the momentum, get the crowd involved, make Arnaldi think about something else than his game and tactics which, again, was working really well and there was little he (Rublev) could do... it just didn't happen this time because Matteo is actually a very good player even though he's fairly new to this level.
love andrey rublev 🤍
Even after a self described complete meltdown he is humble and honest in his analysis of it. Hope he can pull it together. Tennis is better with Andrey Rublev in it
this kind of behaviour is just a way to distract the opponent, especially an unexperienced one like maybe Arnaldi can be at this level. Players do it all the time to change the momentum of a match. Didn't work this time, but I don't believe it was a genuine meltdown nor analysis of it... it was tactical mid match outburst

@@milvao3400 you’re nowhere mate, this comment is rubbish
@@krasikisyov2600 I'm not a hater, I'm just telling the truth. There's no reason to have an outburst like that mid-match, especially at a GS where matches are long and you can still win it, your opponent can lose focus and drop his level after 2 sets... some players get the crowd involeved, some others argue with the umpire... Here he's acting like if it's mad at himself, but he doesn't have a reason to do that, his opponent is playing well and he cannot be mad at himself! So it's clear it's just a way to do something (anything) to change the momentum of the match. Even players like Nadal and Djokovic have always done that, and it's even good for him. It means he's perfectly fine, he's just acting like the average tennis player who's trying to win a match. He doesn't need to see a specialis and YOU are rubbish and haters because you keep saying that.
Lots of compassion in these comments. Great to see. Flying into a blind rage however is not only dangerous for yourself but also those around you. Time for anger management therapy. Not a kid anymore
Andrey is Champion with heart filled with kindness and love. Champion, who shares his kindness with fans, other players and people around him. I think and believe that some emotional outburst doesn't define the real Andrey Rublev. Doesn't define his real kindness in heart🥰. I don't know him personally, but I think that he is like shell with pearl inside, maybe regular human outside, but a shining treasure within. 😊
i can sense that andrey is a really emotional guy. so when he feels like he's gonna lose even when he had the chance to turn the game around he just simply couldn't do it. dealing with mental issues especially in competitive sport is not easy i believe he could do amazing in tennis and he's so talented so it was sad to see him like that on court.
Nothing to do with mental issues. He was just tried to put on a show to distract his opponent who was doing everything right at that point. Arnaldi is fairly new to this level and he thought his level would drop, and tried to accelerate that by distracting him with this kind of show. That's what players do all the time. Heartbreaking to see such a young guy hurt himself but tbh this is also on his team. They did not come prepared at all. He had no response to Arnaldi when it was clear Arnaldi studied Rublev. Rublev didn’t even practice against any Italian player even tho they’ve been on the rise. Yes his emotional response is one thing and I’m not going to speculate about that bc it seems inappropriate but his team didn’t prepare accordingly. He needs to change his coach this was lazy.
Must be tough being a millionaire.
He needs a mental coach or something, every time something goes against him he completely loses it and ends up losing the match. Happened way too many times now.
He's honestly an embarrassment to tennis. His behaviour is even worse than Holger Rune
common... I was expecting him to start throwing bottles at the journalists or something like that. I'm so disappointed ...
This may sound crazy to many but I believe he has a demon inside of him haunting him,
He is a very kind man but in some way he has caught a demon somewhere along the line - he needs to find someone who can help him to get it out- obviously it can only be done in Jesus name
hahahhaha jesus name. he CHEATED on jesus when he decided to practice SAMADHI and buddism sh**. and no - gods do not exist :) its a fairytale
The opponent was better this time. Sorry. In a tenis match everyone is equal but the better one wins. No need to cry, baby.
Great ruzzian people
You are great but accept that today arnaldi just outcast you..
This is what you get when you have a spoiled brat on the court that was given everything in life and when he has to fight for something and doesn't go his way he cries about it like a child. The umpire gave him too many passes regarding racquet throws, and this behavior should not be supported. Congrats to Arnaldi for being an example of a well-behaved player who is only 23.
Louisa Engzell gave him a warning for unsportsman - like behaviour after he threw his racquet or smashed it.
Rublev mental breakdown. Should be disqualified for being dissatisfied with his own performance....... He's a poor role model for children.
It’s not his job to raise other people’s children. If your children are so easily influenced don’t let them watch him play.
idiotic comment
@@sv-bd5embut he has play for the kids on his shirt
So, if a person who wants to help others has some internal issues to work through in their lives, you think they should stop helping others until they become a perfect human being (which is completely impossible anyway)? He's just started a foundation to help children in need.. he's humble, kind & still a human being with flaws who is constantly trying to become better - these things can't be fixed overnight nor without any empathy from others.
@@sv-bd5em let him go to psychiatrist then. On the field it’s unacceptable to witness such displays. It’s not a criticism, he simply has no self control and needs to be helped. Whoever denies this doesn’t want him well.
Here we go again...how many months ago did he just apologise...Unacceptable. Nothing to do with professional Tennis for me. Racket abuse in his own special way - use your racket to play the sport or leave the court. Poor result of ATP, Organisers, Players Council doing nothing for years in preventing these uncalled, for unsportsmanlike and unacceptable actions from other players as well. People look forward to these events...Sad and appealing. This young man needs help - hope he gets it.
Every match. Horrid role model.
Ignorant comment. Definitely doesn't happen every match.. but of course, you probably don't watch all his matches & only notice those moments that go viral because the media won't give any attention to matches that have no controversies.
Why does he gets than angry all the time? he should be used to it by now, losing
Losing? He just won Madrid masters. How then is he top 10 for last 4 years?
Horrible player and attitude just needs to realise he will never be a elite player
He’s an excellent player but unhinged
What a deluded comment you just made🙄 He's consistently been an elite Top5/Top10 for 4 years now..

Not at all he’s been there during to failings of others whether it’s injury’s or totally losing form. He isn’t in the same league is the elite. Djokovic alcaraz sinner medvedev. That’s fact a ranking tells you nothing he got there by playing loads of events winning and going deep in 250-500 events that’s facts he recently just won first masters. 1 dimensional game ordinary serve second average at the least no backhand and game plan b. Anybody that what he’s tennis knows this. Ranking doesn’t matter yes he’s a top player but elite don’t be silly 😆😆😆😆 medvedev owned him for years and what did oh cry and cry standing there just wanting to hit forehands at the back of court trying loud as possible in hope if his forehand can’t do the job maybe the absurd noise may put the player off 😆😆😆 now let’s see how he goes at Wimbledon 😆😆😆 but am sure he will be there winning if not close in another 250 or 500 soon 😆😆😆 when the top dogs are resting for proper titles to go for

Very limited. Excellent forehand when works. But excellent doesn’t will never make you an elite player. Has no plan B very limited on shot selection.
This guy is childish
Edit: and extremely self critical (thats the only grown up behavior he has got but sadly that's bad)
Samadhi didnt help for long. This guy doesnt want to change, doesnt want to improve. Even his bad sports psychologist (the one always looking depressed like the whole team actually) cant help him for 1,5 years. Actually since their cooperation started Andrey behaves even worse, he assaults other people not just himself. He invited a shady guy to his players box - a producer of orange glasses he wears. That guy sells these expensive glasses saying they heal you from depression, allergy, headaches etc... No comments. Then he decided to make a big sin and betraying his orthodox catholic religion into buddism/hindu meditations. What the hell is going with his guy?! He really needs an exorcist, evil took him over. No, tbh he needs to change the team, hire a real, smart psychologist/mental trainer who knows how to help him. But maybe it's too late, he needs to visit psychiatrist and take drugs if he can't stop his outbursts.
It's easy to say what others need when you are not walking in their shoes or should I say playing in their shoes..
@@ingridw.bernal8926 it's a stupid sentence))) a doctor doesnt need to have a cancer by himself to heal people with cancer
So tough for Andrey he has a Gag order. No way he can say anything against the 2 umpire wrong calls. We are not dumm.We love you Andrey for your tennis your efforts and improvements. Please don to stay for the Olympic games. No russian player should be present at the Olympic games too dangerous for them. It is NOT your fault Andrey. Let s see what happens to Medwed and Cachanow.
