“Deeply Frustrating For Her!” Princess Anne’s Concussion Recovery Continues After Injury From Horse

- The Princess Royal is thought to have spent a second night in hospital after suffering minor injuries to her head and concussion when it is believed she was kicked by a horse on her Gatcombe Park estate.
Anne, a skilled horsewoman who competed in the 1976 Montreal Olympics, was walking on her Gloucestershire estate on Sunday evening when she was injured.
An air ambulance and emergency services were sent to the estate and, after being treated at the scene, the princess was transferred to Southmead Hospital in Bristol by road for tests, treatment and observation.
Mike Graham discusses the story with Talk’s royal correspondent Rupert Bell.

Wishing a speedy recovery to Princess Ann ❤❤
So sad to hear of Anne having a concussion, I do hope she makes a quick and full recovery. God bless and keep her ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Nothing but the highest respect for Princess Royal Anne. She will bounce back speedily God Bless the Princess who has deserved every bit to be Queen.
Thank you for not exaggerating Princess Anne's minor injury with a horse. I'm sure she already feels better but it's good to take precautionary measures and allow her to heal fully at hospital. I hope that Princess Anne can keep herself occupied while resting for the remaining part of the week. I imagine that will be the hardest part for her, thank goodness! 🐎❤
Being hit by the head of a 200 lb horse head can be very dangerous. The horse could have gotten spooked. They sent her to a top tier hospital because of her age and title. Wishing her speedy health.
Why can't they just send her home with a private nurse to keep an eye on her is what I wonder?
200 pounds! That’s not a horse. Horses weigh far more than that. Hopefully Anne will be ok.

I think it said a horses head was @ 200 pounds, not the weight of the whole horse.
Wishing Princess Anne all the best .it's a part of having horses, but we never give them up
A very tough lady but she's in her 70s. The horses she works with are well trained 'beasts' but any horse can be spooked by something trivial. I wish her a speedy recovery to good health.
Send Anne deepest sympathy for injury and a speedy recovery!
I watched and "heard" the collision when my very VERY experienced horse woman neighbor was blindsided by a spooked horse...just from his head hitting hers ! Luckily the farrier was present because no way could I have helped her with my very novice experience. The best recoup to Princess Anne.
😢 get well soon 🙏🙏
We were looking forward to having Princess Anne in Canada. Best of recovery!!! ❤❤❤
Maybe not a good idea...Trudeau might lock her up.
Praying for your full recovery Princess Royal Anne. God bless you and keep you safe.
Hope the princess royal gets better soon.❤
Just had exact same thing happen to my daughter last month. Got trampled and kicked in the head. Very very experienced horse woman. It can happen in a split second and you are down.
Wishing speedy recovery to Princess Anne ❤❤❤🙏
Prayers for speedy recovery ❤️🩹 Princess Royal ❤
Love and prayers for Princess Ann, who is an amazing, wonderful person.
Princess Ann sending love hope you’re feeling better 💜🇬🇧
🙏🙏🙏🙏💕💕💕💕Princess Royal
Rupert is right they are 2 peas in a pod! Rather than wanting to know how it happened. Let's be glad to know that Anne, Princess Royal, is having the best care possible. I am sure that her medical team will inform her when she keaves hospital what she can and can not do. Let's also remember to respect and honor her need for recovery during this time. If anyone knows by now, the Princess Royal is not a friend of speculations in any way shape or form. She is her mother's daughter. Instead, let's send our prayers and love to Anne, the Princess Royal, for a strong and healthy recovery. ❤😢
Southmead Hospital is an NHS Hospital, love the fact that our no nonsense Princess Anne has chosen to recuperate there rather than going to a Private Hospital. Wishing her well.
Hope she gets well soon. Just love her.❤
❤🙏 for Princess Anne
She should have 24/7 security
YES, SHE SHOULD HAVE 24/7 security! The dastardly duo are probably in the mood to break the law, again!
Its not always bout The Injury, its often,, the Shock and surprise that can do more Harmi thought the Kents gave the trophy
OMG the world will STOP
I need you to be careful
I have no doubt that Princess will be fine👑💪🏻 But I have to say,as a friendly opinion: It's the perfect time to show apreciation&respect for the horses...and mentality development...The horse was kind...gave a warning ,for his whole class ...Time to leave them alone 🏇🏼🏇🏼🏇🏼🏇🏼🏹🏹🎪🎪🎪💂🏼💂🏼💂🏼They don't have a voice but we do ...please
Getting head injury from a horse is not a minor injury. I know someone who ir resulted in a tbi and was slighty brain damged to where he had to live with his parents for life. Another was paralyzed from a kick.
No. Something is going on. Something is not right in the RF.
Who heard she had been kicked in the head by a horse and thought of camilla
Would someone say what really happened to “PA?” Too many stories!!
Apparently PA got kicked in the head.
No one, including Princess Anne, knows, she has no memory of it.
So much behind the scenes, from being ousted from Buckingham Palace to downgraded housing for the royals. Catherine out of public eye for half a year. How many oddities before people say, wait a minute?
Had nothing to do with titles anyone goes there Very high tec for head injuries even cancer so she vhad no choice.❤
73 is NOT young! Even if the mind is strong, the bones and muscles are not, regardless of activity. Reality is, a person becomes more physically fragile with age.
do we believe anything they tell us ? A horse?
My sister worked with horses and had many injuries after all they are animals
@@patriciacain1640 yes I realise this but honestly I am very skeptical about any news they release now
Hmmm so she is attacked by a random horse? Sounds fishy! She knows all about horses what I had first heard was she fell from a horse story is changing something is off
Why is Princess Royal acting like youngsters, old bones don't mend, have to give up somethings. Time to make the Monarchy attractive to embrace the younger generation and stop pushing back against modernization. Get rid of the old fogies giving free advice. Of course Meghan is gone not to return but there are others, start training them.
i hope her good looks aren't ruined...
What kind of a comment is this ? She is a very good looking woman but that is not important to her ; hard work , dedication to her charitable causes . She is exactly the same dress size as 30 years ago - still wearing and reusing same clothes .
You are nothing but obnoxious in that statement. She is a wonderful woman and a sterling character.
Pure spite. Says everything about you.
Her simian looks been around since aged 29 when she got hit with the ugly stick. She looked best aged 25.
Bot much?
Ifn she lost her memory can't be all that frustrating. Mind a blank. Get well soon, hope the kick didn't leave a hoof shaped dent.
I kicked by a horse but that never made the papers. Who gives a sh,t what happened
Who are you?
@@luxpursuits what’s it with you who i am 👳🏾♂️😨🉐🈹🈲㊙️🈵🈴㊗️
Princess Anne is s public figure, you are obviously not. No need to be envious
@@michaelrejoinbradford1282exactly! Nobody knows who you are, but everyone knows who Princess Anne is
@@heddaszczepanski9210 really I couldn’t give a sh.t about the woman her sh,t still stinks just like mine she is nothing to me just a burden on the country
It would be for anyone but then they dont get the bedt care treatment and around the clock privet staff no waiting for the ambulance no corridor bed
oh wind your neck in and possibly learn to spell, your comment makes no sense and is pointless.
That depends on where you live. In the US people with concussions are always kept in the hospital for observation and considering that she was found unconcious, has no memory of what happened and is 73 years old, of course they'll want to monitor her in case of a brain bleed.
@@ILoveSchnauzers I bet she knows how much money she's had of the tax payers
@@PaulLewis-hw2jyshe doesnt get paid by the measly tax payers - she is wealthy in her own right!
@@PaulLewis-hw2jy Tax payers contribute under 2 pounds per citizen per year for the monarchy. The monarchy in turn brings in a lot of money from tourism, not to mention the attention that they bring to charities. And anyone who can afford private health care pays for private health care, you would too if you could afford it.
