Totally agree with the rest of the town fans here. Was great to see the away perspective, hear the chants etc. What the club feel they have to lose is beyond me. Keep going, we look forward to the return fixture. All the best.

As a town fan I was at the stoke game. I’ve had family members who have been threatened with removal the same way as you were. They were even at an U21’s game. It’s shameful when match-day vlogs are something to look forward to after the games to see points of view from fans on both ends.
I’m an Ipswich fan and things like this never happen but we hired new stewards a sit is the new season so this May be the reason as to why it happened but fair play to u lot u were class and it was a great game to watch❤
Trying to think of excuses, that was the 1st league game for Ipswich TV and there is a bit of an issue with our own fans filming. I think it's 23 games since we lost a match so it was always going to be difficult for Stoke. Entertaining vlog though.
A shame you couldn't carry on with your filming, I'd have enjoyed seeing our second goal. Your fans made more noise before the game than they did as it went on.
Oh dear Andy…a bad day all around for you mate 😢 at least we can stop dreaming about a promotion push for a while now…I think everyone got carried away when we beat an awful Rotherham team. We are still a long way from the team we need to be to challenge at the top of the table…but it’s only 2 leagues games and I never even look at the table until about 15 games in…see you soon matey 👍

I have noticed that the stewards here at Portman road are getting more and more petty about a lot of things not just people filming. It’s sad and ruins a good day out. They really need to relax more and stick to keeping people safe above all else.
Exactly my thoughts. I’d understand if they admitted they were wrong and let me carry on, but threatening to kick me out even if i took one more photo or video, even after proof of having nothing streamed. Upsetting
@@andykbmate I hope this is not a sign of things to come regarding away supporters making vlogs because I always enjoy looking at the game from an away fan’s perspective. Sorry it added to your bad day on the field. Can I just say though what a refreshing change it was to actually see away fans filling the allocation again. League 1 was horrible and we were lucky if we had a quarter of what you brought on average.

Sorry about our stewards, you get some bad ones and some good ones in any club. I personally always look out of the oppositions vblog. I find it interesting what they think of the team and have an alternative veiw on the gameplay.
@@andykb You're definitely not the only fan vlogger/UA-camr out there. I mean no disrespect to you but if I wanted to watch this match I wouldn't be watching it via someone filming it from the away section; I'd want different camera angles, replays and commentary. The vast majority of vloggers are people like you and making a few quid via UA-cam is an added bonus. Clubs ought to embrace vloggers, maybe issue permits so you can vlog in peace and maybe sell footage to the club. The footage Ipswich vloggers like Alex Griffin filmed before during and after our last game of the season against Exeter City was incredible. I hope you have an enjoyable and steward-free vlog at Stoke's next game.
Embarrassing that the stewards stopped you doing your thing, football vlogs are a massive part of the game now, especially with the younger generation. Ipswich have a good number of our own that film every week home and away. I think it was more the fact you was a young away fan that the bell end picked you out.
@andykb yup. I think if this is gonna be a thing a new form of offline recording will be needed, something that cant stream live etc, not just for you but the 1000s like you that do this content

As an Ipswich fan, please accept my apologies on behalf of the club. This isn't the sort of image that I want my club, which I've supported for 45 years, to present to the public and away fans, in particular. We have made great strides in making a positive impact in the Ipswich public and I feel that the treatment you received, from some over zealous stewarding, reflects badly on as as an organisation. I can only think that the launch of our new TV service has meant that there is more awareness of people live streaming games. I wish you and your fellow fans well and hope you have some memorable and exciting away days. All the best 👍

I wouldnt put me as a young away fan, I’ve been an adult now for 2 1/2 years (20 y/o), so it’s a shame to see this
