Thank you for sharing your advice-I really appreciate it. I consider myself a hands-on person when it comes to replacing faucets or fixing furniture at home. However, those tasks are not my current career focus, and I'm not driven by money. I know this might seem contradictory, but I’ve been figuring out the truth about my life. 这些方法不仅适用于等pr这一个状态，适用于各种各样的不是特别如意的生活状态，但是对我来说知道这样的方法还不够，还得通过不断地练习才能达到真正做到“专注当下专注自己可以控制的事情”这种能力。我自己就不断透过游泳和呼吸训练这两件事情去训练这种能力，现在也慢慢可以做到活在当下关注当下，而不是一直焦虑未来纠结过去。祝你开心，也祝你成功。
