Hello and thanks for joining us on this short video showing just some of the beauty of Lost Canyon Cave & Nature Trail at Top of the Rock. Johnny Morris' Top of the Rock is an Ozarks Heritage Preserve just south of Branson, MO in Ridgedale. You can experience the best of the Ozarks at these Big Cedar family properties. Top of the Rock Ozarks Heritage Preserve showcases the majestic beauty of the Ozarks. This unique destination is home to remarkable restaurants, world-class golf, a breath-taking stone chapel, and so much more.
Our time was limited on this visit so we didn't get to enjoy the full property. We did however, have a great time at Lost Canyon Cave & Nature Trail. We enjoyed the self-guided electric golf cart tour. They have options of double seaters and quads. We chose the four seater. Both rows face forward which was appreciated by Damion and I in the back seat! You can easily stop and enjoy the scenery many times along the trail so how long it takes you is up to you. I would say 45 minutes to 1.5 hours would be what most people do. We visited mid-May and the weather was PERFECT!
Admission to Ancient Ozarks Natural History Museum is included in your tickets. I truly underestimated what this museum would be like to tour. It was IMPRESSIVE. We were running short on time and had to make it through rather quickly but one could easily enjoy over 2 hours in the museum. We will have a future video sharing some highlights of that tour.

I think you mentioned you had been to The Glass Chapel in Eureka Springs, AR. It’s not too far from there. Maybe an hour or so.

This literally looks like a theme park ride, but with real caves, rock formations and waterfalls lol.. I'll be headed to Harrison AR to watch the 2024 solar eclipse at my stepaunt's place in April.. Guess ill have to give this place a visit while I'm up there..
You definitely should! It’s better than a theme park ride IMHO. Should be a really nice time of year for you to visit. Be sure to see the chapel while there too. Did you see our video on the museum? It’s included in the ticket price and is impressive!

Looks so fun! We have 5 in our group. Can 3 adults and 2 children fit on cart?
Hi Lori! I would say so depending on side. We had two adults in front and two in back. There would have been room for a young child between us on the bench seat in the back. You might call them first to see if they have a limit of four people per cart.

Do you pay for the cart and it fits up to four people? Or do you pay per person? Also how long is the actual tour? Is there a place to eat there? Thinking of being there around 10 a.m.. We have to be at the Branson Belle by 2pm. thinking that's plenty of time.
The tour can last as long as you want on the golf car but an hour is sufficient. Next time I might stretch it out a little longer. The museum is included (see other video posted after this one) and it is awesome. I could easily take 3 hours. I would say getting there at 10 would be perfect. There are different places to eat on the grounds. You could do the golf car tour, eat, and then the museum. Then there is still plenty to see at Top of the Rock if you still need to kill time. You pay per adult or child, and then up to four are allowed in a cart. You might call ahead to make sure you can get in as it is first come first serve. You can also make reservation online. They do offer a veteran discount FYI.
Can kids do this golf cart tour?
Yes, with adults driving cart.
