So I priced Pilates equipment back in the late 1990s early 2000‘s and they ran between 2500 to 6000 USD. 2019 I priced it again and they’re still priced at the same price point!!! 😳😳😳😳

Best exercise for the disabled besides water exercise IMO. Gentle but strength , cardio, and flexibility all in one.
