Beats By The Pound are by far the best producers of rap music. They've done hardcore, laidback, R&B, and soul beats effortlessly. The music theory and the rhythms they laid down was legendary.

Top 5 producers all time simply off WHAT they were able to do with No Limit and the time frame. What happened with No Limit will NEVER be done again. Master P and BBTP were magic together Only Mannie, Jimmy Jam/Terry Lewis, JD got those types of numbers with a single artist
They definitely put out a lot of music. They’re from an era where every label had their own production and sound. Hit for Hit I would say my favorite production crews are 808 Mafia, Dungeon Family and the Hitmen from Bad Boy.
If P really wanted to get back out there like that, the ONLY thing he would need to do is hook back up with Beats by the pound. It's what the fans want.
Beats by the pound was the backbone of No Limit... There would be no No Limit without them... Salute
They weren’t the back bone they were on a great team.
