I did private job .So i think i am able to reply you.Dekh bhai agar Private mein MBA hai toh thik hai agar acha MBA clg se tum passed out ho agar IT hai toh bhai computer ke samne apko 12 hr baithna padega agar aap ko koi 16 lpa de raha hai na woh kam waisa kar wayega.Aur Govt mein salary comparetively kam hai private se aur yanha aap ko 8 -9 hr kam karna hai work life balance hai .Toh choose karlo paisa ya shanti .Agar paisa ke bhuke ho toh skill pe kam karo aur pckg badhao aur woh bhi bhai itna asan nii hai aur IT mein sab ko 16 nii milta 5yrs mein .Aur hnn private mein MNC har monday ke subah jane mein ek tension rehta hai project ki aur fire hone kii aap acha kam karo bhi aur naa karo bhi.
