I just found you, and think that I have a similar style, but the comparison… well yours is something to aspire to. I will look forward to following you. Your work is gorgeous!!
Brilliant work ❤. I would like to try an eye book. Where do you find the reference material for the sketches? No way could I imagine that sort of detail 😮
A Little Book of Eyes is delightful - I hope you make one too! We all need reference when we are creating representative art :) There are a few different sites you can get free to use reference from, I use Pixabay and Unsplash a lot. I hope that helps - enjoy going down the rabbit hole of lots of wonderful reference photos!
Hi,I just subscribed to your channel, your art is beautiful! I’ve been looking for a really good sketchbook that takes colored pencil mainly and graphite well, I do realism, which one do you recommend for that?
Hi Julia! I think the Stillman & Birn Zeta series is a great all rounder for dry media particularly, and I have been working in them for a few years now (that is the one I did all the Drawn to Wild sketches in, as well as the swan foot and many others for my Hedgerow membership). They take many layers of both graphite and coloured pencil really well, while still being a relatively smooth surface. Give them a try, I think you will love them!
@@NatalieEslickArtist Ok thank you! I recently bought their alpha series one of stilman and birn, because I read it had tooth,so I went with that one,so it can take alot of layers, but I’ll try the zeta next, thank you!
I love seeing all your sketchbooks, Natalie! Definitely an inspiration! ❤
