I'm disappointed that, even after a review by independent people, the University leadership decided to still get rid of Farden. I have no idea what happened but my feeling, based on what I have heard so far and what happened around this, I feel Kara was really struggling with something and didn't like Tom's approach to try to help her. Could she have then taken the metoo approach and complained and threatened to quit until Tom was removed? With the review having not found anything, could Kara have then decided to follow through on her threat to quit and to stop further problems related to this, had Tom removed? This is all speculation and guessing so don't tell me I have it wrong. Who really knows what actually happened? That person can tell me I'm wrong.

Kara was alleging she was a victim of “verbal and emotional abuse." What this actually was, I haven't found anything online about it.
