My revert friend told me about mufti menk about 8 years ago....I didn't listen to him straightaway,Then one day I was very sad my life was going no where...I thought to myself let's go to UA-cam and see if this scolar is any good.Since then not day goes by that I don't see his tweets and listen to his talks.My life has changed so much Alhumdillah not only that I told so many of my friends.MashaAllah even my 3 year old always talking about mufti menk.MashaAllah.May Allah swt bless his family more.

1st all the prophet Muhammed PBUH never told us to pray like that. it is not something that should be followed. its not abt judge anyone. if 1 us doing something that is not the sunnah then it should be raised to that person it is up to him wat he follows.

Hasib Imam it's normal bro because its tarawe'eh , people take some time to make Dua after every two raka's ! That's why they can't cope up with imaam immediately as soon as he completes but its up to them the only part is they have to be involved heartly so taking some time is permitted !

After the people saw him praying like that and him being a respected and known imam, the people thought this was a sunnah of the Prophet. The Prophet told the sahabahs "pray like you see me pray". The Prophet taught us how to pray and never did the Prophet prayed with his hands down. سل الله عليه وسلم 😊
