For sure you have already damaged your paint and it will cause rust soon. Diesel and harpic are the worst chemicals to be used anywhere in your car. They also damage the environment. Just buy engine degreaser (same price as this harpic) and that's it.

I do it just once in a year . This method is not recommended for every day washing . This should be done only when it is really necessary.

Why you removed polythene bags in 2nd pressure wash? Also you should wear gloves as Harpic creates sensation/itching on skin...by the way your car engine looks fantastic afer cleaning
