There is a provision for rwandese who were born in uganda and have lived worked and studied here(with proof) to get citizenship through naturalization.Thats the only legal way.Banyarwanda are in the constitution of uganda.

We have children who even don't know their own language but English or luganda.some of our parents don't take or associate with relatives and we grow up not knowing anything about them. Unlike Uganda, Rwanda accepts dual citizenship. It's a matter of knowing what you're required of and applying.
