Just grabbed one. Excited for it to arrive, I’ve dj’d casually for the last 5 years and felt this was the better move over the ddj-400. Solid vid man!

I'm actually waiting for the Wego5 to come out, I've actually bought the Wego4 in the beginning but it immediately stopped working before a birthday gig I was supposed to use it for... I bought a second one just for practice though

Pioneer need to combine the ddj 400 with the wegos iPad dock and compatibility on the ddj 400 mk2 when they decide to upgrade it.
Good video bro, i got a Pioneer DJ DDJ-WeGO4 last month to learn the basics and so far i like it. I wish it fit iPad Pro 2017 but it doesn't. I hope Pioneer make the iPad slot bigger on the DJ DDJ-WeGO5

The WeGo4 has a usb slot just for the iPad/Mac and it also has a slot for android/windows
Is it compatible with non Apple devices? If so is there any upside to using an Apple device with this controller?

I have the wego 4 and iPad Pro 2018 I can get it to work on iPad Pro 9.7 but not the 2018 because I was informed the official apps are not yet compatible. Can you give me link to the correct adapter needed please
Grant sorry I actually didn’t use an adapter with this setup. I just used a usb-c cable to normal usb-a and plugged it in to the back of the controller. I haven’t used this since the video as I normally use my MacBook Pro. If they updated the application I’m not sure if this will work anymore. I know it will work for DJ Pro!

All you need is a USB-C hub to connect the controller to the iPad.
I sold mine and ended up buying another one again

BUT im not tryin to down it, its an efficient unit from Pioneer for beginners and or ANYONE alike.... alot to creatively do with such a small unit
