best moment in the movie is that shot of his eye... who could have imagined a young man from 1945 would end up going into deep interstellar space, just imagine what's going through his head right now
@@digi3363 Hey, we are just lucky the Russos decided wisely to not shoot part of.the Winter Soldier script, the full scene of him visiting senile bedridden old Peggie. It actually started with him getting off her bed, putting his pants back on as she is yelling.for someone to help her. Once his pants are on hed turn around and respond to her "Peggie its me whats wrong" "O Steve thank goodness you are alive, a man just sexually assaulted me, you have to go catch him!" Which Steve would reply "Dammit. That guy again?! Dont worry Peggie,.we'll catch him one day, if its the last thing I do" ...........now I think the writers were correct about it adding to the Captains character and motivations, but I can understand why the Russos cut it
I love how cap is nervous and even a little afraid, but is trying his best not to show it. This is what I love about the MCU. The character’s behaviour looks very natural. In contrast, if it were dom and his family, they’d be sitting, chilling with their mean faces. As if going to space is just another evening.
I love how the guy is tripping balls, imagine that the best special effect that you have ever seen in your life it's like, I don't know, fucking first King Kong movie, and then, a couple of years later (from Captain's point of view) you are traveling throughout the space, jumping at speed of light. Great scene.
Love it for all the reasons people have pointed out. But also because in Avengers Steve was pretty surprised by the helicarrier and the idea of there being aliens. Going to space is definitely something he never imagined. This also doesn't really come into play in the movie but in the comics, specifically the Brubaker run, Steve mentions that if he never became Captain America that he would've liked to have become an astronaut.
wait? cap is white! that shouldve been said instead of a nazi base moon...or hydra...and why moon moon and not snickers? i still dont understand that, but i know its an understatement at this point knowing what happens after what if, and loki series, just finished watching love and thunder, pretty interesting, but that swj, that swj is over the top in love and thunder, just downloading Black panther 2, well, they did good with the replacement, and connected it with a good reason and story, that ill give em credit....
It’s a hexagonal shape to divide the ship between space and time if it was a random faulty shape they would be looking at the earth before their were any people on it
His eyes are tense when they make the jump, but as the colors and contours of space warp and flow around him, his eyes relax, they open wider, they recognize the beauty in the chaos. They drink it in.
bro i would be crying if i was him back then they had a different idea of the universe and when he would of saw all that and he opens his eyes more cause they were low his eyes are always low cause nothing surprised him.....but this.......shocked him so much the first thing he does is cling to 1945 with the picture of peggy.....damn bro i would of cryed right there
Is there any lore to those hexagonal windows in space? They look like artificial wormholes that someone place there, not naturally occurring phenomenon the Einstein-Rosein bridge from Thor 3. Who made them? How are they linked together???
@@ThemVenueBoyz Since 1967? Why that date? See, you don't have any idea what you talking about. The V-2 rocket became the first artificial object to travel into space by crossing the Kármán line with the vertical launch of MW 18014 on 20 June 1944.

Imagine growing up in an era where man hadn't even gone to the moon yet and ending up in a spaceship piloted by a talking racoon.
"You better not throw up on my ship" is the most Rocket's thing ever 😭
Caps reactions to space is the most subtly built up and well paid off moment in the entire saga.
It’s also a nod when Tony was in space

I like how cap is wearing his winter soldier suit in this scene
The best Captain America suit.
@@mohammedjammeh9598 the best one was the nomad suit with a beard. I loved it.
@@Bella_Morningstar yup but it's all raggedy and unkempt. It's almost like a "damaged" variant.

So cool seeing essentially the avengers using The Benatar
Something about the scene where the thruster change from chemical thrust to ion thrust just gave me chills
is that what that was?

Are but how he is able to take breath in space😅
Steve experienced something he thought impossible or make believe at last...
And his eyes went wide open, *Awestruck*

0:16 that laugh though
Carol did that
Carol may be surprised that a legend like cap has never left earth.
Brie Larson is BAE
Cap probably wondering what if I hadn’t gone down that back alley?
Probably not. He was pretty adamant on joining the army and participating in the war long before he got beat up
It's interesting how war machine could be embarrassed by not having been in space since he was Air Force.
@Jerry The Ferret I think alot of astronauts were Air Force and Navy pilots. And Air Force had a space branch soon to be SPACE FORCE.
@Jerry The Ferret Trump does.
I’m pretty sure Rhodes was a child when nasa sent humans to space
Black Widow too
He is part of AIR force not SPACE force so of course he isn't in space
0:23 so this is basically the MCU’s jump to hyperspace
Well we have the hexagon warp which was present in guardian and Captain marvel
