I ❤ Chinese Films. 2 reasons I would stop watching a particular video: 1) Way too much violence. It's part of most CF to have abuse, but when it gets out of control, I check out. 2) The FL character is so incredibly weak. I know many times they are overpowered and weak because they are poor. But, the CEO's wife, she comes from money. Have someone teach her how to kick butt so no threatens or abuses her. I'm screaming: pull Bell's hair, gouge her eyes, kick her shin, disarm her. But noooo, F/L just yelps like a big dog getting their ass kicked by a kitten. 😮
She has access to resources that would help her be stronger, but she does a lot of big talk, and it's just a waste of time to watch this. I like a strong, intelligent F/L with a fighting spirit. Even if the odds were against her, she'll go down giving her all. Then get back up again.
C/L has no spunk. Try writing the character again writers. 😢

But what make me think is how the audience support the mistress whatever she says every one belive but the daughter must either kneel or show evidence if she want them to belive what they say.

What I like about the ML is that he looks and acts as a wuss, but he kicks and hits everyone whenever he enters the scene.
What I hate about this drama is the piano, it makes my sleepy and/or nauseous.

My conclusion: she doesn’t love the ML and is using him from the get go. That he’s ready to do or become anything to be with her is used by her to her advantage.
Girl is cold with a saviour complex, but still cold and unaffectionate. One can admire a saint, but not love them. Stunning is also the 180 degree change the girl makes in personality, first she’s a rebel with heart that drags a man to her bed, later she changes in a prim virgin that avoids to even kiss the ML. You want a divorce? Girl, gladly.
