- Hi everyone!! Merry Christimas! This is my gift for all you guys. Dante from Devil May Cry is now on SSF2 too. This mod is for ssf2 0.9b version. On the video has details for all his moves. I wanted to make alter colors for him, but I don't know exactly how to to it. Also, there's not a good CPU configuration. I wanted to do these two things before posting it, but I think it's convenient to make it available, also because I can get feedback and change some details. Eaí fãs do ouriçado!! Feliz Natal! Este é o meu presente para todos vocês. Dante de Devil May Cry agora também está no SSF2. Este mod é para a versão ssf2 0.9b. No vídeo tem detalhes de todos os seus movimentos. Eu queria fazer cores diferentes para ele, mas não sei exatamente como fazer. Além disso, não há uma boa configuração de CPU. I advocated haaaaaaaaaaaard for Dante back in the early dev days of Smash Flash 2. As Cleod put it, he never really considered him a priority. So glad to see somebody finally made him work out, amazing
Good work finally making a decent walk and run animation for those Project X Zone sprites too. Also long overdue.
Thanks. I learn how to make custom moves late too, that's one of the reasons. Oh yeah, walk and running animation I spend some time to , cause I don't have skills to make sprites. Many characters were asked. I remember about Knuckles. My wish for a good Dante motivated me to make this job. 4 styles, rank bar, etc, wasn't easy at the first place.

You have to be 100% damaged or over, then use smash ball

No. That menu has a lot of another characters with different creators. I don't habe permission to post that thing. Many people will be mad of me. I showed that for some reasons, but the most important is to show the possibility to add a lot of characters. I have a paste with many characters and I was tired to copy and paste data. I wanted everyone in 1 menu. That thing give me a lot of work.

There's other buttons on control configuration. C-Foward and the rest are there. Check the first comment pin and you will understand. Special key button is the special attack.

How much do you think the update is done, in percentage%? And will the cpu change the styles automatically or they switch like the players?
98% ready. CPU will change style on revival and entrance automatically.

Oh, I modified that projectile on version 2. Only 3 in forward direction now😕. I could make it both ways(if you press up button for example, drive projectile could move up direction), but that was not a thing that comes to my mind when I worked on him.

Por enquanto eu não estou ensinando (considero que estou aprendendo ainda). Não foram vídeos. Foi uma pessoa no Discord junto com experiência que eu já tinha e outras que descobri sozinho. Eu utilizo agora Adobe Animate.

Depende da sua habilidade e contra quem você está lutando. Ele é bem forte e seus ataques tem longo alcance. Não acho que ele tem problemas em lutas 2 contra 1.
how to make custom moves?
It's not a simple thing, you have to change number of frames and informations on each script.
Which button do I press to change style
You have to add on the button configuration. I like to put 1, 2, 3 and 4, just like Devil May Cry.
C-UP = 1
C-Right = 2
C-Down = 3
C-Left = 4.

Usa as setas do teclado pra mudar
Como faz para mudar com as setas do teclado o nivel?
Usa as teclas que você controla personagem. Vai aparecer uma mãozinha. Mova ela até a barrinha de nível e, com o botão de ataque, você aperta pra mudar o nível.

Funciona para a versão 0.9b ou Project B patch 9. Copie e cole o arquivo DAT52 dentro da pasta data. Selecione o personagem Ichigo e pronto.

Its definitely one of the most unique mods so far, I don't find him weird, just unique and needs more time to get used to, its what makes him stands out compared to other mods, its the playstyle. Its so different that not even the cpu are capable of adapting to the change of his 4 styles
