    At minute 9.30 you add a constant for plane strain. If I were to do the opposite, (1) to go from plane strain to plane stress, would it be only necessary to multiply by such constant rather than dividing as you did? (2) In this case, the constant is not representing confinment in the direction of thickness but what is it representing now?
