If a buy the car shampoo 100cc can I put this in the reservoir at the back of the stihl re150 plus? Or do i need something else to use it

Hello! Yes, you can use the car shampoo with your STIHL 150 PLUS only if you clean vehicles with the appliance, otherwise it is not recommended. We advise using the foam nozzle 4910 500 9601.
