Find some other job to do like start working at the ski resort again in the winter and maybe the grocery store in the summer where I can get a couple days off every week. You really do seem like you’ve had such an incredibly impactful life and have done so much selflessly helping others. I’m telling you becoming a division, chief and doing everything that you did is so unbelievable to me. I could never do it. I really could never do it. I’m not tough enough to do it. I’ve been a pencil pusher my whole life. As a youngster, I sold cars and then I started selling houses for my mom‘s real estate company in Newport Beach. And there was a lot of nepotism there so I truly got away with a lot of laziness and not doing what I’m supposed to do and it breaks my heart because for the past almost 15 years. My mom every month has been struggling financially and everything I did as a youngster and everything I took from my mom when I was in my addiction. It just breaks my heart. So for the past six years I’ve been helping pay for her leases on her vehicle. Every two years. She trades it in and gets a new one, and I’m just so blessed that I’m able to help. I never thought I would ever be able to help. Again, another insane tangent. I guess my point about the fishing was even though I grew up on the water. I’ve only been deep-sea fishing and it was one time and then with my sister‘s boyfriend when I was in my teenage years, we fished in some reservoir in Orange County somewhere. I eat fish and I love eating fish. I just have a hard time fishing because I don’t like to see them flopping around and suffering. It’s really sad for me. I don’t know why I’m such a wimp, but I don’t know the first thing about fishing. Maybe if you ever get a chance to come up here for a day, we could figure out how to rent a boat and you could take me out on the lake here and teach me and the fans how to fish because I get a lot of people on this channel always asking me about fishing in the area and sadly I don’t know a darn thing about it Anyway Bob , sorry for the long message.
Maybe if you ever get a chance to come up here for a day, we could figure out how to rent a boat and you could take me out on the lake here and teach me and the fans how to fish because I get a lot of people on this channel always asking me about fishing in the area and sadly I don’t know a darn thing about it
Anyway Bob , sorry for the long message. I hope you have a great rest your night. Give my best to your bride and thanks again for being so good to me, my friend.
Wow looking beautiful my best bro! Hoping for more snow soon, and jump in the Suzuki Samurai and flyyy by haha
@@Omarrr146 you and the samurai. Lolol. I really wanna see how bad ass those things are in that kind of condition. I would love to cruise in a Suzuki samurai.
@@bigbearweatherandmore6621 Lol yep I love the classics as you know! Tracksuits are a must in those things lol. How's my best bro doing??
My buddy and I did this in his Samurai, that thing is amazing!
@@zipzip5807 Oh wow!! I wish you'd post a video one day of that, if you have anything! I love them and miss seeing them on the road. Does he still have it?
Awesome, my neck of the woods, I use to live in Burns canyon in the early 2000s
@@enchantkeymike8170 no way Mike. That is awesome bro. I would love to live in there. That’s just a whole Nother world in there. It feels like you’re being transported back into the old western Time. I love it brother. It’s good to hear from you, man.
Myself and my 3 brothers have 10 acres in landers vacant land😊
@@danpayan9468 wow Dan are you guys ever gonna try to do any developing or end up selling it or what?
@@bigbearweatherandmore6621 Let's throw a big rave party!
My younger brothers built a fire pit and camped and rode dirt bikes I've never been to acreage wel also have a half acre lot in Joshua tree my brother is a alcoholic he's hard to deal with our grandparents bought lots in 1957
Hey Matt hope to run into some day in CM
Yes, let's do it!
Thanks so much guys, this was really fun! Do you think a 2wd SUV can manage on these roads?
@@Zanniroxwell hey Zanni. So that’s a good question. I think you would be fine. Just don’t attempt it when there’s any snow in the area just in case and there was one little 25 yard section where it was like. Driving on the sand at the beach so that might be a little difficult, but I think you’ll be fine. I would never say that if I didn’t believe it. Just watch the video thoroughly again. Just to make sure that you’re seeing everything. I don’t want you guys to get stuck and make sure you let somebody know where you’re gonna be and where you’re going. Just in case you don’t have cell phone service up there
looks freshly graded?
@@stacky512a Stacky. You know what they probably do maintain that dirt road. I wouldn’t be surprised.
Yes, they manage the fire roads. I've seen Pilot Rock Truck Trail completely washed out once. That's down behind Lake Arrowhead. It was so washed out, a side by side buggy was coming down the road and fell into the ditch after the rains. it took 3 jeeps to winch him out of the hold. He's lucky that wasn't the side of the mountain, he just landed in a big ditch. Scary stuff.
Thats makin bacon lol
@@danpayan9468 hahaha. Dan, my bro you crack me up man.
@@danpayan9468 I wish these off-road videos would get a lot more views because they are so great and Matt clearly takes a lot of risk risks going on these trails to let me record because the upgrades on his truck are super expensive and they have to be and things break down and I would just hope it would be worth it
Matt's a cool dude I'm hoping to run into him around town not literally lol
