Don't worry about it if you are freshers they know you are fresher you have to follow steps of process only after 3 months you will fit into your process and environment automatically 😁😁

Yes, after 1 year you will get appraisal in your salary According to your performance if i talk about promotions after 2 and 3 year according to your performance you can be promoted its up to you its different field if you want to change your field then you can try in this field but if you are getting more job opportunities and salary package in your field then you should go into your field and take experience of your field you will do better there 😁

Like, what is the salary here after deducting all the deductions and how much are the deductions? What interview questions were you asked and what can be asked? Will communication skills be normal or is fluency important Etc.
With this I think many freshers will find it easier to clear the interview. 😅 🙏
