I wanted to add that i recently finished watching your EKG's videos and they were excellent. Thank you for taking the time and effort for making this content reachable for the public.
Thanks for the comment! For each video in this series, I rely most on a combination of the relevant UpToDate article(s), 2-3 review papers on the topic, and my own experience (i.e. the framework/schema that I have found helpful to think about the symptom in practice). And I'll search the literature for additional papers if there is a specific question I need to address (e.g. most common etiology of a particular symptom, performance characteristics of two test options, etc...)
What about Non aquagenic Pruritus in PV patients? I am a 6 year PV patient with 10-15 % aquagenic Pruritus and 80-90% Non aquagenic ie between 15 and 25 days per month enduring severe discomfort not associated with water (or any liquid). Your advice would be most helpful as no one talks about this.
Thanks for responding, I am getting no where with my doctors. I have hot flashes day and night with stomach pain. Itchy skin with sand coming from skin. I have been told I had fatty liver 10 years ago. I think this all went sideways for me spending hours (4) in my pool on top of having RA. Any advice I would be very grateful!

No, I'm sorry. I'm in California.
