I will be really grateful. I will use the received donation for making my videos better, to buy lights for my setup, to design my room accordingly, to buy a camera, video editing software, animating software, and more. - Наука та технологія

Thank you!Very nice theme!
You got a new sub... Keep up the good work!
this one single shot video changed my ubuntu experience
Your installation of unfamiliar packages from memory makes me nervous, but thanks for showing gnome not looking like a kids toy.
Nice customization
Really really great video
Subscribed. Please keep making these videos. You are like the channel "Linux Scoop" but you talk so even better. Please do one for Cinnamon!
Will surely make one soon!
@@ArcTechnologies absolutely we need a great theme for cinnamon too :P
This is cool and make easy guide 👍
Jesus, it's been 10 years since I played around with Gnome customisation and they still don't have blur
Extensions?
Just use blur my shell and you good.
blur my shell
Absolutely they have many extensions... Check for blue my shell
gnome is gtk based, and gtk doesn't support blur. You can use extensions like blur my shell tho

in fedora 37-gnome 43 the user themes gnome shell extension is disabled. any ideas.
In fact, I think this won't work with GTK 4 and libawaita, that is from gnome 42

Hi there, thanks for the help!
E: Unable to locate package lua5.4
E: Couldn't find any package by glob 'lua5.4'
Is the repository not available anymore?
On fedora it's just lua

How can i make conky to start at every boot?
conky manager2, but you need put alterf in .conky for this
Found a method
Made a .desktop file in ~/.config/autostart with the contents
[Desktop Entry]
Name=Conky
GenericName=ConkyStartup
Comment=Start conky on boot
Exec=/home/username/.config/conky/filename/./start.sh
Terminal=false
Type=Application
X-GNOME-Autostart-enabled=true
Hey, How can I get that Alter folder ?
I have added the link.
@@ArcTechnologies the link seems to be broken.
Where can I download Alterf conky ?
I have added the link.

I have updated the link.
"oh-my-zsh" showing host name doesnt match
I'm first!
When I reboot the system the conky is deleted, what can I do? @ArcTechnologies
Great video.
If you want to make the RAM and CPU paramters to work, add the line of codes below to the last line before the double square brackets in "Alterf.conf" file,
${offset 213}${voffset -13}${color}${font Scout:bold:size=9}RAM${goto 296}CPU${font}
${offset 213}${voffset 0}${color}${font Scout:bold:size=9}${memperc}%
${offset 213}${voffset -13}${color}${font Scout:bold:size=9}${goto 296}${cpu cpu0}%
Ensure you delete the line of code below, on line 88 (if you have not modified the script);
${offset 213}${voffset -13}${color}${font Scout:bold:size=9}RAM${goto 296}CPU
Some people may have issue with the display showing dark backgroud by default or showing white background after changing "own_window_argb_visual" to "true". To solve this, replace the value at "own_window_colour" to "000000", ensure "own_window_transparent" is "true". Save the file.
Enjoy!!!
Thanks mate!
and i want to see my spotify player?
for whose getting white bg and not transparent .
copy paste in Alterf.conf
