Hi Joe JPF I just thought of Something Can you Ware a Sling and Put your Left Arm in it to keep the Weight Off your Left Shoulder When My Right Arm Was Hurting I Had a Vest With Pockets and I just had the Right took The Weight Off My Right Shoulder By first having it in a Sling and Then Putting it in a Vest 🦺 with Pockets That Made it Les Painful 👍

Hi Joe - it's Big Rodders. I'm so sorry to learn of your issues. I've had increasing problems with my left shoulder over the past 4 years but nowhere near as bad as you. Its just been diagnosed as a snapped tendon, which explains why I have trouble moving my elbow from my side. Have to learn if remedial work is feasible.
