If you watch cringy fanfics search any on youtube or wattpad. If you want the actual amazing (like goddamn SIR THAT FANFIC NEEDS TO BE PUBLISHED) fanfics I suggest ao3 or twitter threads suggestions. Like some of these good fics made me laugh, cry, heart ache and all those emotions. Its crazy.

not gonna lie, some fanfics are amazing works of writing. I'm a literature student and I read them a lot, sometimes use them for research and literary theory. Some people are good enough to get published and it really has nothing no to with the members apart from using their names and appearance, but everything else is made up.
The fics that creep me out are the canon compliant ones, because they do not use an alternative universe to distance the reader from the real world but instead incorporate real-world elements of the boys' careers and lives which makes me uncomfortable. But alternate universe fics are incredible.
The BU itself is an alternate-univers fic, and it's lovely to see BH and BTS embrace that genre
