So glad you liked it. I see you watched the longer version - GOOD! I prefer the longer versions but I'm told other people might find them a bit information dense :S

Thanks Kiki, glad you liked it! We aim to produce vlog style series on specific countries, during which we release a few “FULL history tour” episodes on key sites (like this Petra one). Do you like that structure? Just a bit worried it’s confusing for the audience i.e. is this a channel about travel, culture, history etc when really it’s all of the above! Interested to hear your feedback! :)

Those gods here is Arabic, not Greek or Egyptian. Al-Lat, Al-Uzza, Manat, and Hubal... are all Arab pagan gods. 8:49

The gods I have shown on the facade are accurate: they are Egyptian and Greek gods and goddesses, however the eagles may represent the god Dushara - a Nabatean deity. Al-Uzza and other Arabic gods were important to the Nabateans but there is no obvious or easily identifiable carvings of them, their presences is more subtle. For example, they may have been represented through symbols (it wasn't Nabatean culture to sculpt clear depictions of their own gods, they didn't really do this anywhere). The reason these Greek/Egyptian gods appear is that the Nabateans blended their own gods with those from other cultures (they may have even associated some of their own gods with similar deities of Greece etc). They also traded extensively with the Greeks / Romans so it may have also been a way for them to show they are open to trade.

    Hello Sir
Every video in your UA-cam channel looks great, and I know you are struggling a lot to increase video views and subscribers and monetize the channel, but not getting any results, There are some reasons that I found from your channel which I can share with you if you want,if you fix them your channel views and subscribers will increase very fast.
You don't have many subscribers and views are not coming properly because your video needs a UA-cam expert to do SEO I can do something about it. I am waiting for your response.
    Thank You
