A Warden Heart is an item used for crafting in Hypixel Skyblock. It's chance to drop is around 0.010% from a boss called the Atoned Horror which has 10 _million_ health and does 2,400 damage per second, requiring the best end-game, maximized gear and an otherworldly amount of healing. Meaning you would have to repeatedly kill Atoned Horrors for potentially hours or days on end just to get one Warden Heart.
You can use Hypixel's built-in auction house to simply buy a Warden Heart off someone else instead, but even then the cheapest one is currently -- as I write this -- going for 143,800,000 coins, and will likely only rise from there as people snipe cheap auctions very quickly.

An Ice Spray Wand is a rather popular weapon in Hypixel Skyblock that only drops from rare mobs in boss fights with a chance of 0.1%. It freezes mobs in place and instantly deals 17,000 - 25,000 magic damage, which scales up with all of the player's gear to potentially hundreds of thousands if not millions of damage with the right build.
Mobs frozen by the Ice Spray Wand take 10% increased damage.

I once found a chunk of 9 diamonds, I clicked F3 + G or whatever key it was to see the chunk borders and the 9 vein was in the middle of a chunk, so I have no idea what happened
