Hi Keith and Michele it’s a lovely caravan have always loved Bailey’s they always build them well and seem to put a lot of thought into them been great following your adventures with her and as a massive VW fan can’t fault them and great tow car choice! All the best Daniel
Hi @danielrussell446 Many thanks for your kind words Daniel ❤️ We’re thoroughly enjoying our time away in our caravan 🥰 The car has been brilliant 🤗 Sending our best wishes to you, Keith & Michele xxx
Great to have you back. We started with a Motorhome and then moved into the world of caravaning 3 years ago. We loved the motorhome but glad we did it first, so when we discovered caravaning we realised how much more freedom it offers. And at two thirds of the price!
Hi @dgro76 Many thanks for your message ❤️ Totally agree with you, caravanning offers so much more freedom 🤗 Enjoy your travels, Sending our best wishes to you, Keith & Michele xxx
Watching caravan videos because we want to get a caravan in a few years from now, to take it Touring around Europe for 5-ish months every year. Love your caravan, looks fantastic, but for me personally, one problem… we have a few let’s say “differences in our sleeping habits”, so we would need a separate seating area, like a dinette, just so if one of us (usually me) can’t sleep, we have somewhere to sit, read a book, and also for coffee and breakfast in the morning before putting the bed away. Thanks for the insight!!!
Hi @kazhilly Many thanks for watching. We’ve had different caravans for many years now & this layout suits us perfectly ❤️ It’s always about personal preference. Take your time, view different layouts, imagine yourselves living in it, then make your choice. Hope this helps, Sending our best wishes to you & good luck with your search, Keith & Michele xxx
Just rewatching your video. Maybe have a little look inside the lid of the door bin, ours has a little clip which when you release it reveals a tiny brush and pan. I had no idea until my son found a post on TikTok. It is a tiny brush though so not sure how much use it is.
Hi @lindacosh4675 Many thanks for watching & for your advice Linda ❤️ Now that you’ve mentioned it, we do recall having this in our previous caravans. Will have to have a little look 🥰 Sending our best wishes to you, Keith & Michele xxx
Hi guys just found your channel and really enjoying your content! Congratulations on the new holiday home (Holly) We have done exactly the same as you, sold the twin axle with fixed bed gone to a 2 berth for same reasons……so nice to have the caravan on the drive and not travel to storage and pay storage fees…..like you say making the bed up takes minutes no issues at all. We went for the lunar clubman CK and love it 🥰 If you enjoy the adult only caravan sites I can highly recommend our top 3: eye kettleby lakes in Melton Mowbray/ The old Oakes near Glastonbury and Plough Lane in Chippenham Happy holidays/making new memories Phil & Wendy
Hi @wendyrowles309 Many thanks for your kind words Phil & Wendy ❤️ You sound just like us when you describe your experience 😍 Huge thanks for the recommendations, we shall add them to the list 👍🏻 Sending our very best wishes to you both, Keith & Michele xxx
I have the same problem. My caravan is stored 15 miles from home. Sits there all winter. 4 birth Bailey, fixed bed. Just fits on my drive. I am thinking of down sizing to a 2 birth, so it fits better on the drive. Where I can keep it over winter. Same reason as you, maintenance, cleaning it and also keeping it hooked up to the mains. I am pleased you may have found your passion in caravaning again, I to need to find my passion once again, and a 2 birth smaller caravan may well do that.
Hi @sparkie920 We are so pleased to be able to keep this caravan at home & having a 2 berth doesn’t bother us at all. It’s more spacious than any of the 4 berths we’ve had, definitely worth considering. Hope you manage to come to a decision ❤️ Sending our very best wishes to you, Keith & Michele xxx
Well done both of you, we hope you have lots of outings in your caravan. How about a nice trip back to Eye Kettleby Lakes to compare your experiences with your mortorhome and new caravan 😀👍🏻 Trev
Hi @PoshcatsCamping Many thanks for your kind words Trev ❤️ We’re really looking forward to our next chapter 🤗 Sending our best wishes to you both, Keith & Michele xxx
It's very nice to see you both full of smiles and joy. Nothing wrong with returning to a caravan. We were caravanners, then like you went to a MH. 7.2m Pilote. Had that in storage too. We decided that this was too big to drive around in to little towns etc. So we now have a new Swift Ducato camper van. We love it. Drives like a car & easy to park. Plus it fits on our driveway too. Thus saves around £500 a year in storage fees...That's the best thing to keep it at home. Just make sure you put as much physical security on and around it as you can. A steel post is the best thing in my opinion.
Hi @markbur1503 Many thanks for watching & sharing your experience & advice ❤️ It’s wonderful to hear you’re so happy now. Have fun on your travels, sending our very best wishes to you, Keith & Michele xxx
So thrilled for you guys and glad you chose a Bailey. We too have a single axle and quite big enough for 2 gals and a little doggy. Our 4th van in 30 years and gone back to basics. Glad we sold the Swift and now with an Australian made, reliable Concept. We love our "Bunny" named because Jan's 60th was last year in the Chines year of the Rabbit (she was also born in the year of the rabbit). Perfect size for storing in our yard plus more options in caravan parks, not to mention easy towing plus easier maneuverability being a single axle. Wishing you many years of safe, happy travels in gorgeous Holly guys. Keep well, cheers Mer, Jan and Arki (South Australia) xxx
Hi @meredithbigham-lloyd9441 Many thanks for your lovely message Mer, Jan & Arki ❤️ It’s wonderful to hear from you, all the way from Australia 🤗 Happy travels in your Concept, sending our very best wishes to you all, Keith & Michele xxx
Great to see you both smiling. Congratulations on your new caravan. Holiday place... we loved the lake district and stayed at coniston park coppice site..
Hi @rpriolet Many thanks for your lovely words & kind congratulations ❤️ Wonderful recommendation, thank you, that will be added to the list 🤗 Sending our best wishes to you, Keith & Michele xxx
Hi great to see you both, we have a Bailey 2 berth and to make bed making easy I would recommend Duvalay Luxury Sleeping Bags. With these we can make up the bed in less than 10 minutes. Just unroll them and you're all done. Keep well and look after each other. Love Michael and Carole Boldero xx
Just come across your videos and wondered what the kit was that enabled you to check the caravan lights from the car to save keep getting in and out of the car.
Hi @ianbrown3183. The electrics fitted to our VW Tiguan were supplied and fitted by GT Towing in Hertfordshire. Sending you our best wishes, Keith & Michele xxx
Congratulations on your new Van. I have caravanned throughout Europe, a nice trip is along the Moselle in Germany. Lake Garda, Sorrento and Rome in Italy
Hi @terrythomas3755 Many thanks for your kind congratulations ❤️ Absolutely loving your recommendations of travelling throughout Europe. That’s definitely something we want to do! Sending our very best wishes to you, Keith & Michele xxx
Hi @jayneanddave Many thanks for your lovely message ❤️ Thank you so much for the recommendation, sounds perfect & will be going on our list 😍 Sending our very best wishes to you both, Keith & Michele xxx
Congratulations on your new Unicorn it looks fab. Haven’t seen you for such a long time. We bought our van 4 years ago and your channel was one of the ones we watched for tips etc. Changed to a Bailey Cadiz 2years ago and love our van. Enjoy setting her up and good luck on your first trip out 😎
Hi @carolharries2557 Many thanks for your kind congratulations ❤️ We’re really looking forward to our new adventures & sharing them with you 🤗 Sending our very best wishes, Keith & Michele xxx
Love the excitement in your voices about your caravan and upcoming adventures. Keeping the caravan next to the house is a gamechanger, we quite often have a coffee in our, just because we can 😂. Love to know how you get on without a permanent bed, not sure if we,as in my wife, could cope with that 😊
Hi @markwoodward3871 Many thanks for your lovely message ❤️ Love the idea of just popping outside for a coffee 🤗 Sounds brilliant! We’ll let you know how we get on with the bed situation, it’s a first for us, so interesting times ahead 😍 Sending our best wishes to you both, Keith & Michele xxx
Welcome home to caravanning. Every year we go along with our village gang of caravan and motor homing friends. There have been as many as 14 with 10 dogs! to Burrowhayes site near Porlock in Somerset, it’s only an hour from home for us but it’s so lovely. NT woodland surrounds the site. The absolute friendliest site we’ve found. Lots to do in the area, not far from Minehead. Happy travels
Hi @sandrapearson728 Thank you so much for your kind words & recommendation ❤️ Sounds like so much fun 🤗 We shall be adding it to our list 👍🏻 Sending our very best wishes to you, Keith & Michele xxx
Over the moon for you both. So exciting and im excited to see your travels: Recommendations, Henlow Bridge for a quick weekend get away, we use this site a lot for a close to home stay. We have booked Concierge camping for my birthday this year, been wanting to go there for ages! Stanbridge Hall via Morris Leisure has been one of my favourite sites to visit since caravanning. Houghton Mill we visited end of last year which is a national trust site near Huntingdon and it was a beautiful site. I’m also looking forward to seeing your recommendations again. 😊
Very glad to see you both smiling and enjoying life, and also great to see that you have got your self’s a caravan again, it’s very similar to what we have, ours is a Bailey unicorn Cadiz ( twin beds ) and like yours you can’t tell that you’re towing it, hope you have some wonderful adventures with your caravan 👍👍❤️.
Hi @busterboy7505 Many thanks for your lovely message ❤️ It’s great to be back with a caravan again 🤗 Really looking forward to our new adventures! Sending our very best wishes to you, Keith & Michele xxx
Congratulations to you both. You are both so happy again! Two berths are great!. We have a Quasar 462 but absolutely love your new caravan ! looks really nice and look at that lovely big fridge - awesome! 😊
Looks lovely, very similar layout to our 2 berth coachman. We love it. Easy to tow and we also keep ours on the drive. So pleased for you both, have some great adventures and thank you for the video. ❤
Hi @julianmusik6701 Many thanks for your kind words ❤️ Really looking forward to our new adventures 🤗 Sending our very best wishes to you, Keith & Michele xxx
So good to see you both very happy with your new purchase, many happy caravan trips to look forward to, don’t no if you have tried the morris Lesiure group sites, we visit 2 of them a lot of times , one in Ludlow and one in Bridgnorh, Ideal locations to visit local towns etc , and open all year round 😊
Congratulations, Keith & and Michelle. Hope you enjoy your Bailey caravan. We had a Bailey Pursuit 2 berth and loved it, plenty of room. One of the reasons we go for Bailey is their lovely spacious bathrooms. We upgraded to another Bailey. I'm sure you'll find it very comfortable and enjoy being back in the caravan world.
Hi @beverleyedwards940 Many thanks for your kind words & congratulations ❤️ We’re absolutely thrilled with our Bailey 🤗 Sending best wishes to you, Keith & Michele xxx
We're really pleased for you guy's! We had 2/4/6 berths over a 35 Yr period of touring,16 vans in total like kids in a sweetshop and more money than sense comes to mind but throughly enjoyed every moment of those days! But do you what guys my favourite layout out all those vans is the layout you've got it always seems cosier! The van looks absolutely smashing! Enjoy every trip out again! ❤❤ Paul & Lin x
Hi @paullawrence8572 Many thanks for your kind words Paul & Lin ❤️ It’s fascinating to hear your story. We’ve got to agree with you, our caravan is only a 2 berth but it definitely feels the most spacious & cosy compared to anything we’ve had before 🤗 Sending our very best wishes to you both, Keith & Michele xxx
Great to see you back happy and healthy and in a caravan! I always felt that you would return to a caravan. We also have a 2 berth (Swift Challenger 480) for the same reasons - we wanted a bigger living space now that there is just the 2 of us and we use the beds as 2 singles as it’s easier to just flip the cushions over, pop on a sheet and add the duvet which we store underneath the bench. I’m also so excited about touring again in the Spring. Have lots of fun in Holly, she looks lovely and your excitement is infectious! Take care and happy travels! Andrea & Keith 😊
Hi @atrollz8058 Many thanks for your lovely message Andrea & Keith ❤️ We’re really looking forward to our new adventures in Holly 🤗Sending our best wishes to you both, Keith & Michele xxx
Congratulations, & so glad to see your making a good recovery. We’ve done it reverse to yourselves. Caravan was in storage, agree expensive, inconvenient. I’d not been feeling well discovered I’d am enlarged heart & damage to my lungs. So a MH was brought that just fits on the drive, been fitted it into our home on wheels, first maiden tour in 2 weeks , local sight just to check everything, get the dogs use to it. Happy/safe travels sharing your making memories with us. 🥰
Hi @liz-ou4sv Many thanks for your lovely best wishes. Sincerely hope you’re doing okay ❤️ Wishing you the best of luck on your maiden voyage 🤗 Hope all goes well. Sending our very best wishes to you, Keith & Michele xxx
So lovely to see you back and very happy for you both. Congratulations on you new caravan (Holly). Hope you both have so many happy lovely holidays in her. Pennine View just outside of Kirkby Stephen is a lovely site with easy access, very friendly staff, and The Engine Shed for food and drinks. 👍🤗
Hi @user-fr7zg6tg3u Many thanks for your lovely congratulations ❤️ Thanks for the recommendation, we shall put Pennine View on our list. Sending our best wishes to you, Keith & Michele xxx
I'm so pleased to see your back in a caravan. It suits you better. You seem so happy now. Very shocked to hear about your heart issues. What a relief your ok now. Happy journeys. We look forward to seeing what you get up to this year. We have Visited Pandy park. Small but very nice. 😊

Great video Holly is lovely, a few years ago we had a Seville nice vans .So easier having the van at home , we are lucky enough to have a keep our Molly on our driveway.Looking forward to seeing where your first trip will be enjoy xx
Hi @gillianwade7094 Thank you so much for your kind message ❤️ We’re absolutely delighted to be able to keep this caravan at home, like you say, it’s going to make a huge difference. Sending our very best wishes to you, Keith & Michele xxx
Wow great to see you back and in a caravan again. Don't know if you remember me but I did meet you back before the pandemic in your brand new Swift. Nick Tilling x
Hi @nicktiing5482 Lovely to hear from you Nick, Many thanks for your kind words ❤️ Of course we remember you, the pandemic has got a lot to answer for 🙁 Sending our very best wishes to you, Keith & Michele xxx
Oh it’s so so good to see you guys back! You’re both looking fabulous!! I’m probably preaching to the choir but if the off chance you don’t know it’s best not to leave the blinds down especially on the large windows like the front unicorn ones! We have a coachman and the large window well all ours we leave open as we’ve seen leaving them shut can result in them losing memory and sagging. I noticed you only had the front ones shut so probably because of the sun but would hate for you to end up with that problem with your absolutely beautiful new caravan if you didn’t know!! Much love and best of health to you both 🥰 xx
So pleased for you both ,love the van ,happy memories restarting then 😊our van is sited but still love anything to do with touring and so miss it ,we sold our 2 berth to get a twin axel and miss the big bathroom 😢.a great big happy caravaning both . Ryan &averil
Hi @finchziggy Many thanks for your lovely message Ryan & Averil ❤️ We’re really looking forward to our new adventures 🤗 Sending our best wishes to you both, Keith & Michele xxx
Hi both my wife and I love your informational videos thanks. I have a word of warning we used to store waste and water carrier in our shower. One day we found they had damaged the shower put a whole in the wall . We have camped for years and caravaned for over 15 years but still learning everytime we go .have fun and maybe we will see you around . Richard and Fiona Cleaver.
Hi @user-rb3bd4uw8n Many thanks for your kind words Richard & Fiona ❤️ Rest assured, we don’t store those items in the shower, they were placed there for the sale of the caravan when we bought it. Hope to see you on our travels, Sending our best wishes to you both, Keith & Michele xxx
Hi @dianegregory6562 Many thanks for your advice re the bed, greatly appreciated ❤️ Thank you for your recommendation as well, we shall be adding it to the list 🤗 Sending our very best wishes to you, Keith & Michele xxx
@@keithandmichele thank so much for your lovely message, we can’t wait to see the next video, over the moon your back caravanning again Do you think it will go back to Carefree caravanning that’s all I know this channel as x
Lovely caravan both , nice to see it didn’t come with a sweet jar 😂 all the best both for the future and it’s lovely to see Michelle’s smile back I’ve got a lovely camp site in west Wales I’d like to recommend to you it’s Wern Mill just outside Newquay it’s outstanding
Hi @adamdowney9423 Many thanks for your kind words ❤️ We shall put Wern Mill on our list, thank you for your recommendation 🤗 Sending our best wishes to you, Keith & Michele xxx
Congratulations guys!! 🥳🥂🍾 Such a beautiful ‘van! We love the Seville’s, so much living space! I spot a great bar area next to the door! 🍻☺️ Think of all the wine you can fit in that fridge! 🥂😯
Hi @boysinthebailey Thank you so much for your lovely congratulations ❤️ We’re absolutely thrilled & yes…sooo much space, particularly for the bar 😘 Sending our very best wishes to you, Keith & Michele xxx
Great to have you back again. I don't have a Caravan yet, but I will be moving back home to Scotland and collecting all information as I will buy a Caravan when I get home. So glad to have you back!
Hi @Steve-cg3bt Many thanks for your wonderful message ❤️ We’re really looking forward to sharing our next chapter with you 🤗 Sending our best wishes, Keith & Michele xxx
Hi We have had our Bailey caravan for just over a year we absolutely love caravaning. Game changer for us was to get duvalay matress. We had two single one's and just put them together when we made up the bed. Like yourselves we like our (ellen) caravan named after my beautiful mom on the drive also more living and kitchen space and it only takes 5 minutes to make the beds, . Life is for living enjoy your new hollie wishing you both well.
Hi @maureenyates7930 Many thanks for your kind words ❤️ Also, thank you for the advice re the bed situation 👍🏻 Wishing you many happy adventures in your Bailey, sending our very best wishes to you, Keith & Michele xxx
Hi @BoingUK Many thanks for your lovely message ❤️ Eye Kettleby is beautiful, we definitely need to revisit there 🤗 Sending our best wishes to you, Keith & Michele xxx
@@keithandmichele thanks for making the videos and for being so enthusiastic about our hobby. Like you, I’ve swopped from Swift to Bailey, so far so good 😀
Oh that is just the biz, looks fantastic, i do wonder if i should downsize from my 4 berth. Seeing how roomy your 2 berth is, is surprising. I am so happy for you both and hope you have many happy outings. I look forward to your video's. Now you got me thinking about size although i do have the room at home where my van is and i don't mind towing, do i really need the 4 berth on my own. Hmmm🤔 watch this space 😂😂😂
Hi @Jessica--xxx Many thanks for your lovely words ❤️ We’ll keep you updated on how we get on with the bed situation but honestly, there is so much space, storage & work top space in such a small caravan, it’s quite unbelievable 🤗 Will be interesting to see how you get on! Sending our best wishes to you, Keith & Michele xxx
@@keithandmichele Thank you for the reply, I did look online at my local dealers, nothing other than the wee compact ones which i don't want, will keep an eye on what they get in.xx
So pleased for you both, looking forward to hearing all about your first holiday in Holly. Wishing you all the best, and you get many years of enjoyment staying in Holly xx

Hi @user-sj9vg1ld2j Many thanks for your kind words & thank you for the recommendation, it’s on the list ❤️ Sending our best wishes to you, Keith & Michele xxx
Hi I just came across your channel. I really enjoyed your vlog. We live in Eton Wick used to own an eriba troll and going back to caravanning after a year gap. Think we are going to have to store as our drive is not long enough to accommodate our choice of van. We going to view two Bailey Unicorn Cabrara this weekend. I believe you live in Windsor. Can I ask where you stored your last van? Looking forward to watching more of your vlogs in your library. Thank you.
Hi @howardeastman311 Many thanks for watching & good luck with your search ❤️ We don’t reside near Windsor so unfortunately can’t recommend a storage facility. Sending our best wishes to you, Keith & Michele xxx
Lovely to see you’re better and looking forward to sharing your adventures. The van is lovely. Completely agree with all you’ve said about the pros/ cons of caravans versus motor homes- we’ve got the T-shirt too🤪X
Hi @samanthahanlon65 Many thanks for your lovely message ❤️ Nice to hear you’ve gone through the same experience 🤗 Got to try these things in life otherwise we would have always been wondering 😍 Sending our best wishes to you, Keith & Michele xxx
Really pleased for you both, congratulations. Funnily enough we picked up our Bailey caravan last January 18th …. temperature was -3c also❄️, so appreciate the frozen fingers and runny noses 😂. Great to see your enthusiasm, looking forward to your future videos. Safe travels 👍
Hi @stewarta2505 Many thanks for your kind congratulations & complete understanding of the temperature🤗 It was sooo cold! Fabulous to have the caravan home ❤️ Sending our very best wishes to you, Keith & Michele x
Fantastic happy holidays Hope we bump into you again soon Your caravan looks lovely and you both look so happy fantastic Wiss you both well. Syd Julie ❤
Hi @malcolmditchburn2834 Many thanks for watching, we’re thrilled to be back in a caravan ❤️ Enjoy your travels, sending our very best wishes to you, Keith & Michele x
Congratulations on the new purchase, its a stunning caravan, and you weren't kidding about the space either. Enjoy making memories with her. Look forward to seeing more videos of it.
Hi @Traficsport Many thanks for your congratulations ❤️ We absolutely love our new caravan & looking forward to sharing our new adventures with you 🤗 Sending our best wishes, Keith & Michele xxx
Congrats on your new caravan! We are a family of 3 but have a 2 berth Bailey and it suits us well. We keep thinking of upgrading as little one has just turned 6 so probably could do with her own bed rather than her little air bed but whenever we look at bigger vans we notice the smaller living space, less storage, need for a new tow car etc and end up thinking that we'll just stick with what we've got. And as you say the fact that it fits nicely on the drive is a real asset. Look forward to seeing your adventures in Holly! :)
Very happy for you both. Beautiful caravan. I really liked having our caravan next to our home. I used to just love going and sitting in her to read my book or just Potter about in her. Wishing you many lovely holidays. Looking forward to hearing all about your adventures. 😊
Hi @catherinegamble3473 Many thanks for your lovely message ❤️ That sounds absolutely perfect! 🤗 Sending our very best wishes to you, Keith & Michele xxx
Hi Keith, when you were going to remove tow hitch you didn’t appear to unlock it first, doing so is an extra check that the hitch is fully engaged and secure, I had a caravans for over 45 years but found it too stressful if there was a strong wind, and was thinking of changing to a motorhome but insurance and servicing for base vehicle and habitation was too much also if visiting places from campsite was going to be a hassle so we gave up altogether last spring, good luck
Hi guys. first time seeing your vids - nicely done!! We highly recommend South Meadows in Belford, Northumberland, very handy for Holy Island and many other places in that area. Local area has a nice pub. the Salmon, good food snd beer and friendly. Great chipper - the John Dory. Right next door is a great Farm shop/Deli/restaurant.
Hi@michaelelliott9657 Welcome to our channel ❤️ Thank you so much for your recommendation 🤗 Sounds wonderful, we shall put that on our list. Sending our best wishes to you, Keith & Michele xxx
Great to see you back looking good Keith & Michelle looking as lovely as ever! Hope you have lots of happy times in Holly! We can recommend Greendale Farm at Whissendine nr Oakham- its a delightful small site close to Rutland Water & has a small swimming pool with toilets & showers. The owners are a a very friendly couple who take a great pride in the site!
Hi @davidchadwick1508 Many thanks for your kind words ❤️ and thank you so much for your recommendation 🤗 We shall put it on our list. Sending our best wishes to you, Keith & Michele xxx

Brilliant..nice to see both happy and smiling 😊 Lovely caravan and looks in prestige condition. Looking forward to following your caravan adventures. Best Wishes Linda and Glenn 🙂👍
Great to see you back in a caravan, we have a Bailey Unicorn and it on our drive, so easy to pack and unpack . it was lovely to see you so excited it made us smile, bet you have a plan how to make the bed up Michelle nice and easy😂😂xxx
Hi @Jackie-hm2wp Many thanks for your kind words Jackie ❤️ Yes, it’s going to be interesting to try & make up the bed 🤔 The good thing is she’s at home so we can get in lots of practice 😆 Sending our best wishes to you, Keith & Michele xxx
Happy to see you back doing something you enjoy, looks a lovely Caravan and we did want to buy one but they changed the layout, the one you have was our preferred choice but anyway we bought a Coachman two berth in 2020 and store it on our drive it’s so much easier for cleaning, loading and unloading. We don’t make up the bed though we remove the back cushions and store them in the shower on a night and use Duvalay’s on the parallel seats and sleep as singles it takes a couple of minutes to set up and put away in the morning.
Hi @stephenhoyle2241 Many thanks for your kind message ❤️ It’s very interesting to hear your experience with the bed, think it might be a case of trialling different options to start with, to see which way works best for us. Thanks for the advice 👍🏻 Sending our best wishes to you, Keith & Michele xxx
Hi @AndyP-yi7tv. We’re both so excited with our new Holly. Can’t wait to get out travelling. Thanks for watching Andy & Nicole. Sending you our best wishes, Keith & Michele
I’m not sure if you’re going to cover it at a later date but will be interested to know what made you change back to a caravan from the motorhome? Good to see you both back. 😊
Hi @robinfloyd We sold the motorhome last summer due to health issues, although we had realised, back then, that we preferred caravanning as it’s much easier getting out & about with a car instead of a motorhome. It was something we wanted to try, life is all about different chapters, trying different things & having new experiences. Ultimately, we prefer caravanning & the wonderful caravan community ❤️ There are more details in our previous video “End of the Road” if you would like more information. Sending best wishes, Keith & Michele xxx
The New Forest was where I went every year as a child, last year I took my husband there in our caravan it’s the best place to switch off and take in the great country. Nice to see you both back!
Hi @edwardclarke7167 Many thanks for your message ❤️ The New Forest sounds wonderful & will be on our list of places to visit 🤗 Sending our best wishes to you, Keith & Michele xxx
Hi @TheTurnersOnline Many thanks for your kind congratulations ❤️ It’s wonderful to be back! We can’t wait for our new adventures in Holly 🤗 Sending our very best wishes to you, Keith & Michele xxx
The Tiguan is a nice car, its bland bland bland, but does things well. There's better to drive SUV's out there though, but reliable. Have you got the VW fitment pads for the milenco mirrors ? The towbar sits high on the back which i found didn't suit a Twin Axle very well.
Fantastic really pleased for you both, holy looks great , you picked it up on my 66th birthday plus I’m officially retired now so more going away for us when we like , we have ours stored at home to its great, wish you both all the best and look forward to your future vlogs .
Hi @paul6565 Many thanks for your kind words ❤️ Wishing you a Very Happy Birthday 🥳🥂🍾🎉 Hope you have a fantastic weekend 😍 Really jealous that you’ll be going away when you like! Roll on retirement!!! Sending our very best wishes, Keith & Michele xxx
Glad that you are back with a caravan and judging by your excitement you have made the right choice, I’m sure that you will have many happy times away with it. We go to the camping and caravanning club site the millpond at Little Tarrington near Hereford June and September a lovely site with a fishing lake, I’m sure you’ll love it there. Best wishes for the future. Brian
Hi @brianmorris8434. Many thanks for your lovely words. We will take a look at Millpond. Thanks for the recommendation. Sending our best wishes, Keith & Michele
Hi @peterschofield6220 Many thanks for your lovely message ❤️ Can’t wait to start our next chapter 🤗 Sending our very best wishes to you, Keith & Michele xxx
Nice to see you both back on the road. We also crave the freedom of a caravan & car so hopefully will sell our motorhome very soon and buy a caravan etc. You mentioned you bought a 2 berth for practicality in storing at home, but if you wasn't restricted by available parking space would you have chosen a 4 berth?
Hi @hoffersmusic815 Many thanks for your kind words ❤️ We absolutely love having our 2 berth caravan. Not only does it fit on our driveway but it offers so much more space internally than a 4 berth. Strange but true 🤗 Making up the bed at night, literally takes minutes. Also, it’s so much easier for towing, particularly as we want to travel a lot more. Hope this helps, Sending our best wishes to you, Keith & Michele xxx
Great to see you both smiling and happy to back Caravanning. Looking forward to catching up with your new adventures. ATB Sue, Brian, Hollie and Mia👍🐶🐾🐾🍾🥰
Hi @CaravanningwithourWesties Thank you so much Sue & Brian for your lovely message ❤️ Sending our very best wishes to yourselves & the girls (another Hollie 😍) Hopefully see you on the road, Keith & Michele xxx
Congrats on your new Bailey caravan - we have a Unicorn Valencia mk 3 2017 and we love it ( it's called Doris)- looking forward to seeing your adventures with it - you need to give it a name ( or perhaps viewers could help suggest one?) We've got three trips booked this year - Old Oaks at Glastonbury, Back of Beyond on the Dorset/Hants border, and Deers Mead in Norfolk. Safe travels both, Steve n Jeanette
Hi @steve1962 Many thanks for your kind congratulations Steve & Jeanette ❤️ Recommendations have been added to the list, thank you 🤗 Looking forward to starting our new adventures! Sending our best wishes to you both, Keith & Michele xxx
Just a tip for you if you use the motor mover to get Holly off the drive to connect to the car on the road ( we do this because ours is parked on our drive which is on a slope)….. Make sure the jockey wheel is tightened up securely so that when the caravan rolls off the drive onto the road it doesn’t slide up the A frame and leave your caravan sitting on the jockey wheel - I did this the first time we took the caravan off the drive and ended up calling the dealership where we had just bought it ( big shout out to Webbs of Salisbury who were brilliant) and they talked me through the rescue operation and thankfully nothing damaged except my pride!! Perhaps we’ll meet each other on our travels somewhere👍 Keep the content coming, we love it Take care both Steve n Jeanette
LOL told ya, you can't just look when your caravanners, so happy for you both. Tow bars are a bit of a sore point with us at the moment as the electrics that was fitted to the brand new Nissan Xtrail e power e4orce they fitted just a standard electrics kit third party as Nissan at that time of ordering last February they were not factory fitting tow bars so there is no refrigerator being charged whilst travelling and the ATC is not operative. However Nissan are having that corrected. We did explain that the x trail will be towing a caravan so I don't know what went wrong with the communication. That said what an amazing tow vehicle my only gripe is when towing the fuel consumption is poor at 27 mpg. So once again happy camping
Hi @caravantuggers1608 Thanks for sharing your experience, sincerely hope everything gets resolved for you very soon ❤️ Sending our best wishes to you both , Keith & Michele xxx
Great to see you both looking so excited about your newly purchased caravan. Totally get why you have gone for the 2 berth, so much more convenient for you. Wishing you many happy years in Holly. As a side note i suffered a heart attack back in 2000, been on the pills & sensible diet ever since & i am still here 😊❤
Hi @shona4006 Many thanks for your lovely message ❤️ We’re very happy 🤗 Looking forward to sharing our new adventures with you. Sending our very best wishes, Keith & Michele xxx
I’ve always said that fixed beds are a bit of a waste of space; we have a Basecamp 2 and I swear that there is as much living space in it as some of the 6 berth twin axle vans I’ve been in …the compromise is the size of the shower room, but we use the on site facilities anyway! 🤷♂️. Once again, welcome back, Katie and I missed your videos! Not sure where you live in the country but you can’t go wrong with north Norfolk (Wells next the Sea) or anywhere on the Northumbrian coast; Katie and I got married at Bamburgh Castle last September, we love it there! Tristan & Katie 😀
Hi@twogoonsonanadventure Thank you so much for your message & recommendations Tristan & Katie ❤️ We’re really looking forward to sharing our next chapter with you 🤗 Sending our very best wishes, Keith & Michele xxx
Congratulations!!! welcome back home, just looking at the excitement of you both collecting holly, I remember the times we have collected new vans, makes me feel like rushing out and buying another new van!! Having watching your vlogs over the years from when you started to now, has kinda made our minds up to stick with our caravan, we were on the brink of swapping to a motorhome. As for having it at home it is a game changer, we have recently moved into our dream home, but the only compromise is that the van doesn`t fit on the drive, and we do miss that (not only having to pay £700 pa for storage). As for holidays.... Have you tried north Devon?? we go twice a year to Warcombe Farm Camping site. An amazing place huge pitches the Premier pitches starting at number 202 are the best in our opinion. Facilities are second to none. Roll on early June!!, All the very best for the future. Keep on towin` !! Dave & Julie
Hi @davereynolds3682 Many thanks for your lovely message Dave & Julie ❤️ Caravanning is so much easier for getting out & about to visit places, which we love to do when we’re away. Such a shame you can’t store at home, we used to pay £750 pa plus the 40 minute journey each way in fuel costs, so we’re absolutely thrilled to be able to store at home, along with the convenience of it. Thanks for the recommendation, we shall be adding that to the list 👍🏻 Sending our very best wishes to you both, Keith & Michele xxx
Woodland waters, Ancaster, Grantham is a lovely place to stay. Great pitches with large lake views and a great pub/ restaurant on site. We go regular x
Great to see both back. 👍👍 That was a shock to see you bought a Seville but after you explained the reasons why it all made perfect sense. And I don’t blame you . Caravan looks lovely it’s got the same upholstery as our first Motorhome had . Hope to catch up at some point in near future good luck with the new caravan . Best wishes Mark & Hazel XX
Hi @mark-hazelsmotorhomeadventures Many thanks for your lovely message Mark & Hazel ❤️ It’s absolutely wonderful to be back in a caravan again 🤗 Hopefully see you on the road soon, sending our very best wishes to you both, Keith & Michele xxx
Congratulations on your new purchase. Unless I missed something, I hadn’t realised you had sold the motorhome? Would be interesting if you shared your thoughts on this decision.
Hi @robertricherby5947 Many thanks for your congratulations ❤️ You must have missed our previous episode “End of the Road”. This explained our absence for the last several months & the reasons why we sold the motorhome. Basically, it was due to some pretty serious health issues…a heart attack. For us, we found the motorhome was also quite restrictive when wanting to go out & about visiting new places. It’s great to finally be back in a caravan after being away for so long 🤗 Sending our best wishes to you, Keith & Michele x
Where is your video on you changing your mind & going back to a caravan from a motorhome?
Wow! Looks lovely and a great spec.!!. Great that you can keep it at home. Happy days & happy travels 😄👍🎊
Many thanks @jillholly6445. We’re both so excited. Sending you our best wishes, Keith & Michele
Rewatching so forgive me if I have already commented but love love love this for you both. ❤
Hi @kukichik2553 Many thanks for your kind words & continued support ❤️ Sending our best wishes to you, Keith & Michele xxx
Ahh thanks so much for your lovely words @kukichik2553. Sending you our best wishes, Keith & Michele xxx
Hi guys just found your channel and really enjoying your content!
Congratulations on the new holiday home (Holly)
We have done exactly the same as you, sold the twin axle with fixed bed gone to a 2 berth for same reasons……so nice to have the caravan on the drive and not travel to storage and pay storage fees…..like you say making the bed up takes minutes no issues at all. We went for the lunar clubman CK and love it 🥰
If you enjoy the adult only caravan sites I can highly recommend our top 3: eye kettleby lakes in Melton Mowbray/ The old Oakes near Glastonbury and Plough Lane in Chippenham
Happy holidays/making new memories
Phil & Wendy
Hi really happy for you . We loved Exmoor House Dulverton ,Somerset site .Great memories from around there.
Hi @ginamills3155 Many thanks for your kind words & huge thanks for the recommendation ❤️ Sending our very best wishes to you, Keith & Michele xxx
Loving the raw excitement in your faces - do have lots of fun in your upcoming adventures, whether or not you choose to share them.
We couldn’t contain ourselves @jamesdecross1035. So looking forward to getting out and about. Sending you our best wishes, Keith & Michele
@@keithandmichele thanks guys xxx
Thank for this tip, Michael & Carole. Sending you our best wishes, Keith & Michele xx

Hi @leannegolder9610 Many thanks for your lovely words & recommendations ❤️ Sending our very best wishes to you, Keith & Michele xxx
Thanks so much @phillipwaddilove2729. We love the tower fridge. Sending you our best wishes, Keith & Michele
Thanks so much for your recommendations @david-hc6fk, we’ll add them to our list. Sending you our best wishes, Keith & Michele

Hi @mchutch8202 Many thanks for your lovely message ❤️ All advice taken on board, thank you 🤗 Sending our very best wishes to you, Keith & Michele xxx

Hi
We have had our Bailey caravan for just over a year we absolutely love caravaning.
Game changer for us was to get duvalay matress. We had two single one's and just put them together when we made up the bed. Like yourselves we like our (ellen) caravan named after my beautiful mom on the drive also more living and kitchen space and it only takes 5 minutes to make the beds,
. Life is for living enjoy your new hollie wishing you both well.

So pleased for you both. Caravan looks lovely. After a tough few months I wish you many happy holidays in Holly.😊
Hi @Cas.1964 Thank you so much for your lovely words ❤️ Sending our very best wishes to you, Keith & Michele xxx
Thanks so much @jennymac7347. We’re really looking forward to starting our 2024 adventures with her. Sending you our best wishes, Keith & Michele
Hi @alastaircomfort1034 . Many thanks for your advice. Sending you our best wishes, Keith & Michele
Great news! ... very pleased for you both ...
Thanks @wxw9. Sending you our best wishes, Keith & Michele
Hi guys. first time seeing your vids - nicely done!!

Oh so happy for you both looks a beautiful caravan well done looking forward for more of your videos
Thanks so much @tinasmith7982. Sending you our best wishes, Keith & Michele

Andy and Nicole
Congratulations on your purchase and welcome back caravanning. I'm sure you'll make fabulous memories in Holly.
Welcome back to caravanning guys. Lovely to see you both smiling and so happy, lovely van! We look forward to seeing your adventures
Congrats on your new Bailey caravan - we have a Unicorn Valencia mk 3 2017 and we love it ( it's called Doris)- looking forward to seeing your adventures with it - you need to give it a name ( or perhaps viewers could help suggest one?)
We've got three trips booked this year - Old Oaks at Glastonbury, Back of Beyond on the Dorset/Hants border, and Deers Mead in Norfolk.
Safe travels both,
Steve n Jeanette
....guess I should watch the whole video before posting about naming your caravan🤣🤣🤣
Perhaps we’ll meet each other on our travels somewhere👍
Keep the content coming, we love it
Take care both
Steve n Jeanette
Congrats on your new caravan Holly . You both are looking great and cannot wait to watch all your lovely adventures in her.
Hi @adventureswiththehoughtons425 Huge thanks for your lovely words & congratulations ❤️ Sending our very best wishes to you all, Keith & Michele xxx
A very nice caravan indeed. Worth its weight in gold to be able to keep it at your home. So much easier.😀
Hi markhooper5824. We’re so happy to have her stored at home, a real game changer. Sending you our best wishes, Keith & Michele
As a side note i suffered a heart attack back in 2000, been on the pills & sensible diet ever since & i am still here 😊❤
Hi @peterlane1510 Many thanks for your lovely message ❤️ Good to hear you’re doing well 🤗 Sending our very best wishes to you, Keith & Michele xxx
So wonderful to see you guys happy. Looking forward to seeing what adventures 2024 has in store for you both with Holly xx
Roll on early June!!,
All the very best for the future.
Absolutely thrilled for you both. Welcome back to the caravan family. The caravan is fabulous. Happy holidays look forward to see your adventures. Xx
Hi @dianegregory6562 Many thanks for your lovely message Diane ❤️ Sending our very best wishes to you, Keith & Michele xxx
Woodland waters, Ancaster, Grantham is a lovely place to stay. Great pitches with large lake views and a great pub/ restaurant on site. We go regular x
We will take a look at Woodland waters @ user-ft9ow4h8r. Thanks for the heads up. Sending you our best wishes, Keith & Michele
Great to see both back. 👍👍
That was a shock to see you bought a Seville but after you explained the reasons why it all made perfect sense.
Glad you are back. Caravaning is more convenient. Love our 2 berth van
Thanks for watching @stephenclarke4784. Sending you our best wishes, Keith & Michele
Omg, you two are so lovely and nice. Makes me think there's hope for the UK yet! Best wishes with your new caravan.
Hi @Coolagreen16 Many thanks for your lovely message ❤️ Sending our very best wishes to you, Keith & Michele xxx
Great to see you both back on the road again, the van looks lovely , always great to have it on your own driveway …….( all that pottering ) 😂😂😂
Hi @chrispembry551 Many thanks for your lovely message ❤️ Loving the idea of pottering outside 🤗 Sending our best wishes to you, Keith & Michele xxx
