I was surprised by this too. I have Saucy marked as arty player. Even the I-hawk was killed differently.
I do like my arty for surgical strikes yea but i coudnt afford spending points for that and needed boots in the ground. Also to remember is that mix is a good player so it would have limited effect i think. This gameplay made for one hell of a classic fight

close to 500h in Wargame and WARNO, and today I've finally passed the threshold and started to actually be interested in watching matches online.
Amazing game! Also amazing it was mostly urban fighting and no arty was used at all :D Was that a conscious decision?
So the thing with arty is that i use it when i have a really good hold on a position. I was struggling a lot so i didnt want to invest in arty and ge lt the infsntry to hold the line instead. other than that, there wasnt a very heavily garrisoned area that i needed to take that would require artillery for me to take. So it was a couple things, but i also dont like using arty on an urban area since it will destroy the building that I would want to use. I would have bought arty if he did to counter it or if he had lots of heavy AA for example in a position
