Protective Gear: Always wear gloves, safety goggles, and a mask to protect yourself from the acid fumes and splashes.
Well-Ventilated Area: Make sure you're working in a well-ventilated space, preferably outdoors or in a room with lots of airflow.
Proper Storage: Store oxalic acid in a labeled, secure container away from children and pets.
Neutralizing Spills: Have baking soda on hand to neutralize any accidental spills.
Disposal: Dispose of the used acid solution responsibly by diluting it with water and neutralizing it with baking soda before discarding.
