We are a hand-poured all-natural candle studio in Sydney Australia! We started this idea based on the lack of scents suited to our liking so we created The Candle Bar. Your person, your memory, your place, your scent. Our main objective is to bring the most amazing smelling candles to your space, all whilst helping our Earth in mind. We donate $1 from every order to a charity that helps the earth :) Follow along our journey!

You are awesome! Your packaging and branding is just perfect! Would you mind sharing how you print your labels - they seem to be on bigger sheets than the usual letter-sized sheets. Yes, I'm curious what printer you use, I have struggled with multiple printers and can't get my bigger labels to come out clear and color correct. Do you use Canva and where do you get your labels from (Avery/Online Labels)? Thanks girls, I LOVE your videos.. so wish you posted more, you are truly an inspiration!

What size of individual Candlebox do you use? And what size of shipping boxes do you use to ship them in? Where do you get your shipping boxes at? Uline?Uline?
Do you print the labels for packaging and candle tins yourself? And if so what printer/printing service do you recommend? I know you shared what you use for a printer in a previous video but I was wondering if that’s changed at all. ❤
Yes we used to print both our packaging and candle labels ourselves. Now, we don't do it anymore as we just recently launched our new branded mailers. Our candle labels are now outsourced from a local printer :)

Great content ❤ when you were in your garage, did you ship orders from there? If so, didnt you have any privacy concerns?
We did, however we got a PO Box as our registered address, so that’s what was on the labels :)
Been watching your video, getting me excited to start my own clothing e-commerce. I'm just curious which service do you use to print the custom sticker label for the box? or do u guys print them yourself cause it's pretty cool. and what is the process? becuase printing them one by one is not time efficient right?
You can do it! The hardest part is to start. We printed them on A4 sheets ourselves and most of the time we printed 3 per page and cut it out. Definitely not the most efficient but was a crucial part of our branding

Just wondering was it deliberate that your name is Spelt "Sent" as in posted? and not "Scent" as in Aroma, sorry for the curiosity but it was the first thing i noticed. by the way i think i might have to order some, my sister loves candles. xx
Hiii! Yes it was 🤗 it’s a play on word of ‘scent’ but also because our business is all about custom candles, creating scent that link back to memories, we decided on ‘sent’ to allow for the play of words like ‘sent for’, ‘sent to’ etc
