A novelty designed for grinding - Distar CoolPAD - are polishing wheels (shells) for porcelain, designed primarily for high-speed grinding with minimal surface roughness. We have moved away from the classic names of roughness (diamond sizes) 50, 100, 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000… and so on. We use only three numbers 1, 2, 3. That is, № 1 is the fastest, № 3 is the slowest, but the cleanest. I believe that we can replace all types of classic ones with three numbers, because there is a special diamond design that grinds as quickly as possible, while leaving a minimum surface roughness. We will now see this and compare it with the traditional circles of the most common manufacturers.
Next, today we will demonstrate the sites for turtles, which will finally be released in the coming months. They have an aluminum base Clik-klok-pro, which allows you to quickly switch from grain to grain. That is, we apply one polisher on the Will-kro, another, and in order to quickly switch from large to small grains, and vice versa, just by magnets, we reinstall the polisher. There is Sendi (Bihui), there is Stonecraft. Let's see what is more convenient, what works better. Today we will look at the patented polisher from Baumesser. It allows you to install flexible polishing wheels directly on the cutting disc, ie a quick transition from disc to polishing. It is centered on the shaft of the grinder, which allows it to hold firmly and at the same time not to use the base. If you wash a set of 2-3 pieces, they can be used for a quick transition from grain to grain.
Here are the new products that we have been waiting for a long time, because they are painstaking in production, this is a disc that will be called Perfect in the future. It has a muddy body that allows you to make long cuts on tires under 90º, under 45º and a very clean surface compared to our classic Estete. The cut is equated to a wet cut.
Next we present two discs. The first cliner disc, which will allow you to clean the seamless grout when you need to replace the grout, including epoxy. Sometimes the work is very difficult to do. Over the years, the joints become very strong, stronger than cement. Therefore only the Bulgarian with disks helps. The thickness of the diamond layer in this disk is 0.8 mm.
Next, the disc, which does not yet have a name, with a diameter of 100 mm, for cutting very responsible cuts, has a very fine grain. Therefore, the cut is as clean as possible. The disk does not tear not only from above an edge of a tile, but also from below. This is especially true when we insert sinks or surfaces with a transition pattern, where we have no distance to grind the cut edge.
Also, the expected new product is the Pro slider. This is an intermediate version. Its main difference is its versatility. Here you can use an angle grinder from any manufacturer. It is made of thicker metal, the pain is more reliable, stable. The Sigma slider costs 14,000 hryvnias. V.GANE - thick metal, reliable, costs more than 6 thousand hryvnias. It will be good if the Distar slider will cost less and will show good results.
