What baffles me is that after figuring out someone's been lying to them, they immediately believe whatever bullshit lies they come up with to cover their asses like they didn't just catch them lying 2.345 seconds ago and waste episode after episode on the red herrings the liar threw their way. Interesting they make their next #1 suspect Melissa based on the testimony of someone who made Paige their #1 suspect like two minutes ago, who not only was innocent but was the only main love interest of the liars to never actually be -A or A adjacent.

This doesn't make sense. Cece left Radley to go hit Bethany but accidentally hit Alison. So how come Jason saw her? It's not like Melissa talked to her then she went back to Radley to pick up some black clothes and come back and hit Alison. I am so confused!

That´s because "that Night" has so many plotholes...after 6 years I was expecting to see a full look of "that Night" from the beginning to the end at the midseason finale but all we got was who hit Alison.
They Writers involved so many storylines into "that night" that they lost track theirselfs....nothing fits anymore...NAT club is now irrelevant,the Bethany´s mystery was handled briefly and dissatisfied,we spend a full Season on drawings and recordings which were unimportant to the plot and we didn´t even saw her adult face at the end and how she died!
If you ask me I´am pretty sure "Charles" was never a thing till Season 5 and Cece was never meant to be a Radley patient (in the beginning) she maybe was the writers first choice for " A" but the changed their Endgames several times and the Story around her... making her a Dilaurentis,a transgender and a Radley patient was clearly added later...ask Dr. Wren Kingston ;)
shax I wish they explained that night better. I am sure Cece was meant to be A since season 3, there are many clues. But I am mad that Sara is both red coat and the black widow, she has no motives.

What really ruined the show was that Alison was brought back to life as a 'good' guy instead of A leaving plothole after plothole. They'd been setting up Alison as A since the first episode and it'd have been so satisfying to see that happen because she would've been this epic brilliant chessmaster-y sort of bastard that would reach Joker levels of villain epicness. To manage to consistently ruin their lives while making them think she was her friend all along? To alienate the people that loved them until they were all alone? The dollhouse? It would've been perfect. But because of Emison shippers they knew they'd be crucified if they went through with that so they changed the story around and shoehorned in these new characters to compensate for Alison not being a baddie but their motives sucked and instead of answering questions this just brought about more plotholes and the whole show went to shit.
It should've stopped at season 2's end when there's no hint of Alison ever coming back to life and the A plot is resolved, only with Emily and Paige getting back together in that masquerade episode, instead of just being friends. Maya wouldn't be dead but she wouldn't be with Emily and she could've just run off for good. Haleb and Spoby would be together and Aria probably with Ezra. Spencer wouldn't be betrayed by Toby after losing her virginity to him and after a solid two seasons of torture the girls would eventually bounce back and move on with their lives. How can they in season seven? After all that shit they've been through? Between being trapped in loveless marriages with girls that queerbaited you in high school and having been trapped and kidnapped and tortured and branded and so on.....
It was Bethany who Jason saw talking to Melissa.
Mona was the one who hit Bethany and Melissa buried her.
Alison was hit by Charlotte/Cece and buried alive by her Mom Jessica.
Why did Melissa want those NAT videos more than anyone? So far, we only know about the Jenna/Toby Kiss and Ian filming the girls while they were changing their clothes. There has to be something else on those fucking videos, otherwise Melissa wouldn't have wanted them so badly! And didn't Ian also said that those videos can bring down everybody in Rosewood? In regard of Marlene's lazy writing we'll never find out😩
Cece was big A at this point so I'm pretty sure this was just her trying to shift attention away from her and towards Melissa. I'm pretty sure Melissa didn't even know about the tapes, because knowing how much she loves Spencer and how defensive she is of her she would definitely not be trying to marry the dude that took videos of her getting dressed. And Cece was also the one that tried to frame Paige for Alison and Maya's murders earlier in season 3 by painting her in a negative light to Spencer and fueling her suspicions with stories about how she hated Alison and how 'Alison feared her'. So it's safe to say that's probably what she'd trying to do again in this scene, to deflect.

First of all, like damn how many people were win cape may with Ali that summer, there was Wilden Melissa Ezra CeCe Jason. Wtf. Second why was Melissa in cape may and never said anything about it?
Better yet, why didn't her sister know about it by default? It's not like it would've been something she had a reason to hide, like the trip to Hilton Heads, which incriminated Ian.
@@sweeety969 Spencer abused drugs and was sent to rehab during that Summer before Ali disappeared. This is why Spencer have blurred memories of what happened and she thought she killed Alison or Bethany.
I just found out who a is it's CeCe cause when she was packing I saw the red coat an when Emily walked in she closed the suit case real fast
I never trusted her, especially when she was clearly trying to imply that Paige killed Alison. Emily's "this is exactly what A wants! To split us up!" was so right. A was literally trying to cause a wedge by testing Emily's loyalties and since Cece was the one that lead them down that path anyway it became pretty obvious that she was A/Red Coat and when I saw that coat I was positive.

cece always tells them alis secrets and answers their questions like nothing... in the episode "until next time" it says a spoiler that says.. " after the girls find out who red coat is they now figured out everything they knew was a lie " maybe the things cece told them she lied so everything they knew was a lie.
I'm certain that the parts when she tried to imply that Alison was afraid or harassed by certain characters were fake and just to throw suspicion about that character but some of the stories were real. Like in the Paige flashback, I'm positive that Alison really did that to Paige, but I don't see her as being scared of her at any point, let alone after the deed is done. I mean, Alison had all the power in that scene. Compare the two: Alison had back-up from an adult who was as ruthless as she was, she arrived in a car and she also had no vulnerabilities on display or anything to lose. Paige had a bicycle, just herself and a letter exposing her heart's deepest taboo desires. She was completely vulnerable and powerless. What could she do? Hit Alison? Alison and her friend would've beat her senseless o. Snatch the letter back and run/ride away? Alison and Cece had a car and could easily beat her there as well. So what did Alison have to fear? Nothing.
Cece said that she talked to Melissa and thats what Jason told the girls but later when she reveals herself as A she denies it... why? because fuck it... who cares.... -_-
I agree there are a lot of things that don't make sense about that night but I will say that with Jason he was drunk so he might've hallucinated the Melissa and CeCe talk. Melissa never confirmed this conversation happened and Cece was a liar from the get go. When a good liar is in a panic, all it takes is one bit of information from someone else for them to quickly come up with something to cover their tracks. Emily said that Jason saw her and Melissa talking. Cece never gave her a direct answer at first so she needed a second to think of something. She probably took a shot in the dark and figured it would get the suspicions off of her and on to Melissa instead. So she went along with what was being said about that night. But since she revealed herself as A she knew that she might as well tell them the "truth" about that night because she was going to blow her and Ali up @ Radley.

The fact that this is only 1 year old though... Cece is A! She's not scared, she's putting on an act. Uber A wasn't even A at the time that this took place so she had no reason to fear Uber A.
didnt she (not) kill allie because she thought she was bethany? thats why shes leaving in a rush.
She was the one that hit her in the head with a shovel, so, she figured that the truth would come out and they'd be coming for her now that no one else was suspected and they found out she was there so she made out like she was scared of Wilden to have an excuse for leaving, in case they don't suspect her so she can maybe come back. It's so scary to watch this knowing she's A because if Emily, who is alone right now, says or does the wrong thing to her it could be game over dude. If she seems not to be buying into her crap or pushes her too hard, she could be the next person we find buried in the DiLaurentis's yard.
