The Lord used you for this message, Spencer. There are so many people making plans for 20 years down the road as if everything is going to continue wonderfully and everyone will grow old together... When time is short and none of us are promised tomorrow. This is the end of the end times.
May the Lord sanctify and purify all the true believers out there and may we be about our Father's business in these last days.

I'm scared because I have such a heavy burden I'm carrying but I have this message I believe the Lord has given me but life is sooooo hard atm. I need help. Help me Lord. I'm 73. Not much time left. Half of me wants to fly away and be at rest. The other half wants to preach the message God has given me. Oh Lord. Have mercy!

Thanks Brother Spencer. I think that was a good division of God's Word. The Bible is like a mirror and, when we do not see our life lining up with it, it is time to yield that character flaw to the Lord. How much more so if we do not see a passion for lost souls in our life. That is like the oil light going on in your car, indicating that you need to take your car to the mechanic. In the same way, if our lives are apathetic, we should go to the Master Mechanic. Moreover, when it comes to being right with God, the Holy Spirit is the 'oil' of Matthew 25. Hence, if a person does not have zeal for the Lord, it is not something to try to manufacture, giving more effort. It is just the opposite. It is time to sit at the feet of Jesus, to get your Bible, to ask the Lord to fill you with those rivers of living water, the Holy Spirit. Those who have the Holy Spirit are full of zeal; those who are flagging need to be filled.
There are all these beautiful paradoxes in the Bible: to gain your life, you must lose it; to be first, you must be last; and to bear fruit in the Kingdom, you must rest at the feet of the Lord Jesus Christ. Have you been born again, filled with the Holy Spirit? Jesus said, "If you love Me, you will keep My commandments." So many Christians think, "Oh my! I better get busy!" Yet, if you do not have a passion for souls, if your life is not all about fellowship with God and the work of the kingdom, then all your efforts are worth nothing. If you know Christ, then you are seated in the heavenlies with Christ, the Holy Spirit bearing witness that you are His. Those who love Christ spend every moment for the Lord. Christ died on a Cross so that we may know Him. Do you know the Lord or do you know about the Lord? If you do not know Christ, ask and you shall receive! Jesus Christ is the light of the world.
