- On May 11th, 2017 guests will give a final farewell to the Wishes Nighttime Spectacular Fireworks Show at The Magic Kingdom! On May 12th, 2017 the all new Happily Ever After Fireworks show will debut and replace Wishes.
This was the Last Wishes Fireworks show at the Magic Kingdom! The show was great and we will truly miss Wishes as the show comes to an end after 14 years of operating!

A part of my heart is now missing, this was a part of my childhood that made me happy, memories of when my mother was not very very sick, and my dad was so happy, my sister and I were always happy, not having to face the badness of the world, my parents were not divorced, and my sister and I didn't have to worry about having to go to foster care 😖😭 Wishes could always just bring me back to the good old days when I was a child with no worries like having to have all A's in school, or not making a fool out of myself. Wishes will always be a part of my life, R.I.P wishes, I wish you didn't have to go, thank you for all the times you brought me happiness 😖😭😫😢😞

A wonderful way to remember an iconic fireworks show at the kingdom of the mouse. Hopefully future generations will get to see this show on video for many years.

Julie Hill I know it's sad (to me too 😭) but the show has had its run (since 2003). It's kind of like when they changed the afternoon parade. I still want the Electrical Parade back. And I saw the video of Happily Ever After. It looks like a great replacement. It also takes advantage of the castle expansions. It's kind of like a combination of the projection show and Wishes. R.I.P. Wishes 2003-to May 11, 2017. We'll all miss you.
As much as any other wishes fan would want wishes and happily ever after, have you thought about the technicalities of how difficult it would be to consistently load pyro for two different shows every other night? There's a lot that goes into running a firework show and I can only imagine the nightmare it would be for the entertainment techs that run the show. It takes a lot to run the same show every night. I could only imagine how much more difficult it would be to switch off every other night.

Unfortunately disney turned off the wifi so none of the streams were able to get the show itself and hurt many big disney channels' streams like Tim tracker and fresh baked. Thanks so much for posting this video brandon. you, your videos, and your Chanel really mean a lot to me and many other people.
Andrew Sowers yeah TimTracker got screwed over. But it's understandable. The Disney Guest Wifi can only hold so many people till it overcaps its data
Andrew Sowers Fun Fact: Disney uses the same wifi type in all there locations. When I went to Aulani last year, I was already connected to the guest wifi. I connected from Disney.
6:17 That would've been a perfect chance to transition to the Fantasmic theme. RIP Wishes. And also I think this was the last time Robin Williams got to play Genie for something Disney related. RIP Robin Williams. The only Genie. I felt so sad watching this.

One of these day people you will learn to hold you smart phone horizontally when shooting video. The world is 16 x 9 now. If you watch a video on a computer or other devise they are all 16 x 9 look at your TV. You smart phone will play it back horizontal 16 x 9.

Disney fanboys are insane, this show was super boring compared to the new one. This is just a basic fireworks show over the castle... Happily Ever After is fireworks + the castle is animated with loads of characters.

Miko Lambino yeah the first half of the show the fireworks were being shot off too early. What a shame for their last show. By the time maleficent's part happens though it got back on time and was amazing. It's so sad to see this show go. But change is always good, and I know Happily Ever After won't disappoint.
Miko Lambino they're so done with this show that's why. All the focus and attention is on the new one.
