This song really fits Toga and i'm not talking about just the whole 'Yandere' vibe, her backstory goes deeper. Those who have read the manga far enough will know Toga just abandoned everything because she got tired of trying to fit and just wanted people to like her for her, she pushed down and suppressed her feelings to make a mask, and her parents always asked "Why can't you just be normal" her response being "What is normal? This is my normal!" she wanted her parents and everyone to think she was a nice sweet innocent little girl and force that troupe onto herself for so long that eventually her 'mask' broke and she killed one of her classmates.
