Hello, good result. I took the DNA test. I'm from South America. I know what the Mesoamerican and Andean is: Ancient North Eurasian brought to the British Isles by the Western Steppe Herders (Yamnaya), the total genome displacement there was 90% as opposed to 40% in Iberia. Ancient North Eurasian was ancestral to Northern Europeans and Native Americans in fact the first Blonde European was an Ancient North Eurasian female dubbed the Afontova Gora 3 remains and she was closer to a Native American genetically.
There is no evidence of AG3 being blonde. Afontova Gora3 carried the derived alleles for KITLG, which is one of the genes that cause blonde hair. In reality though, there are a lot more genes that cause light hair than KITLG, and the role that KITLG plays is not even really significant. SLC45A2 plays a much stronger role in hair color. And derived alleles in SLC45A2, Europeans got from the Farmers. Tldr: The first actually blonde individual was a European farmer, not an ancient north eurasian
@@-andreiDNA There is no link between SLC24A5 or SLC45A2 to blonde hair at all whatsoever, the derived allele for Blonde hair is rs12821256, the main predictor for light skin in 70% of modern populations is rs1426654 SNP of the SLC24A5 Allele, no link to the derived KITLG gene or blonde hair, if your argument was true there would be no Light Skin and brown haired Europeans, when there clearly is. KITLG and OCA2 /HERC2 are not primary predictors of light skin.
@@Night_Dragon11 KITLG plays a very insignificant role in hair color. Every study you look at will confirm what I say. Your "derived allele for blonde hair" does not play as big of a role as you think. In fact, HIrisplex does not consider KITLG significant at all. Neither does 23andme or Dnagenics. That's mad she is directly related to Edward the III. According to my family tree I am directly related to William Shakespeare and Sir Isaac Newton. My grandmother's surname before marriage is Newton. I have also discovered a direct link to the Askews - Anne Askew and her father. Interesting story Jamie 👌🏼 especially if your grandparent is actually a Newton. I’ve also found a Pendle witch (Alice Nutter) and a Lancastrian Jacobite in my ancestry… but I keep that quiet 😂
