He's basically showing off his wife to everyone as he sits up in the front row taking photographs of her in these getups. For all we know she's gotten into coke at this point and she's so spun at live performances she doesn't even care how others perceive her. It doesn't even sound like she's singing that great in any these live performances - sounds really lacking compared to the studio work. Maybe that's why her hubby has her out there selling the sex with striptease getups to make up for Michelle's nervousness on stage that's clamping down on her vocal cords. I'm just hoping she doesn't get ganged up on stage and sexually assaulted by sick fuckos who start believing she's singing to them and can't control themselves. They need to have stage bodyguards for her performances if she ends up singing topless.

It is one thing to have a beautiful woman as your lead in sexy attire, but she is wearing nothing at all...and you can definitely tell that the nerves are being covered by... Something. Put together, it's really taking away from their potential as a band. Hubby sounds like a parasite. Sounds like he just took advantage of her insecurities and has inserted himself into the toxic role of putting her on display instead of helping her realize her artistic potential. And since she is the main ticket, the rest of the band is along for the ride. I knew there had to be something more to this. But you are absolutely right in that this is a security risk. I wish them the best, but I have a feeling that she is going to crash if what you're saying is true and it continues. She does not look healthy in more recent live videos. shame
When I first saw this video last week, I had a gut reaction that something was very wrong. I like Cannon's music very much. It is so simple and heartfelt and so easy to be with. I love their story and I above all wish them great success. But what has struck me in this video is the incongruousness between the music and Michelle's outfit and performance. To be so exposed begs the question why? Does Cannons want to be known for how naked Michelle can get in concert or do they want to be known for their music as well as their performance commensurate with their music? Michelle being practically naked is an affront to their music and a distraction from it. I wonder what Ryan and Paul think? It's one thing to create fabulous, sexy costumes for each show and it is entirely another thing to be so blatantly exploitative, which is what we have here no matter how much Michelle appears to be ok with it. I notice that between :55 and 1:00, she is smiling as the crowd applauds her show off strut. They were cheering your exposed body and the audacity of your outfit, not your little dance within the song. Michelle, you have such great talent as a songwriter and a singer and you are destroying that by being on stage beyond simple provocation. If you were at a strip club, your performance would be appropriate. If you continue this pursuit of how much exposure you can get away with, then I firmly predict that Cannon's time in the limelight will be short lived. I will be saddened by that waste of talent. Paul and Ryan deserve better. I hope, Michelle, that you have already re-thought this. It appears that the adoration has gone to your head. So sorry. I still remain a fan. Don't lose me.
I kind of agree. That girl is stunning and she can wear sexy outfits without being too naked. It really is a distraction but i also have to ask myself: maybe it's me. At the end of the day she cannot be bothered about what people think of her physical appearance. She is living her life. I do hope though she focusses more on the quality of her music live. It can be better
Quit be so prudish and judgemental and celebrate the vocalists' uninhibitated nature. Often, performers make us question the boundaries of what is accepptable and what isnt, she's doing her job.
