It depends…if I like the guy and we plan another date, I’m not gonna pay because I’d probably pay or at least put the tip down for the 2nd date. Then I’d probably take care of the 3rd date (I have a 2-1 ratio when it comes to things like that). If I don’t like him, I would pay for my half so he can’t say I took anything from him. If I’m trying to get up out of there fast, I would pay for the whole meal. Thankfully, I’m married now and no longer out here in these brutal dating streets. You ladies (and gents) have my sympathy.

Had a similar experience with someone I blocked/deleted after they ghosted me for three weeks after a few in person meet ups and chatting over the phone (I was travelling for a few of those months)...somehow, they noticed that I blocked them within an hour of me doing so and started sending me these angry emails. First girl had good lessons learned and advice but also never enter any man’s car until you’ve vetted him and known him for a while.
Check sex offender registry, do background checks and check marriage registry if possible. Also court records are public, if he has pending cases it’s accessible.
